Responsibilities
Executive and Personal Assistant
<ul>
<li>Manage all incoming communications and messages for the CEO.</li>
<li>Manage and organize calendars and appointment requests for CEO.</li>
<li>Manage travel, accommodations, and car rental expenses for the CEO and his family in the most economical manner.</li>
<li>Attend administrative meetings as required and prepare meeting minutes.</li>
<li>Creating PowerPoint presentations and proofread documents as directed by CEO.</li>
<li>Support all YPO network related matters and CEO post graduate studies.</li>
<li>Assist in any executive/personal errands and duties as assigned by CEO which may include but are not limited to coordination of all vehicle registrations and renewals and arranging doctor appointments.</li>
</ul>
Office Management
<ul>
<li>Manage ALL aspects of Office Management for AVANA Saudi. This includes but is not limited to planning, purchasing, controlling and managing all supplies and inventory lists, maintaining all leases and utilities for the office, including scheduling maintenance, and hosting all becoming fully proficient with all conference room technology and function.</li>
<li>Assist in all accounting duties such as expense management, client deposit management, petty cash, wire verification, and bill payments.</li>
<li>Maintain various records and documents for the company.</li>
<li>Support all Avana and Ezdaher administrative needs as required.</li>
</ul>
Human Resources
<ul>
<li>HR related duties related to recruitment, on-boarding and off boarding employees, preparing offer letters, managing vacation schedules, visa application and renewals, LMRA, SAMA, GOSI and other relevant government requirements.</li>
<li>Assist in drafting and updating HR Policies and Procedures.</li>
<li>Process payroll for SAUDI, BAH, CAN, IND and PHL office.</li>
<li>Coordinate with EVP HR for any Admin/HR related matters.</li>
<li>Ensure the legal standards for employment operations are maintained at all times.</li>
</ul>
Requirements
<ul>
<li>Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or Business Management</li>
<li>10+ years of work experience</li>
<li>5+ years experience in Human Resources</li>
<li>Works with minimal supervision and ability to multi-task and prioritize.</li>
<li>Ability to work in a fast-paced and multi-national environment.</li>
<li>Excellent communication skills (written and oral English &amp; Arabic preferred)</li>
<li>Working hours will be 3 pm - 12 am (local time) to support local &amp; US operation hours.</li>

Mission: The mission of a Credit Analyst, known internally as Portfolio Management Officer, is to monitor assigned loans within the loan portfolio ensuring accurate risk ratings are assigned, identifying early warning signals and recommending appropriate action. Portfolio Management Officers also monitor and administer construction loans in accordance with standards outlined in credit policy. By doing this, they ensure the stability, profitability, and regulatory compliance of the loan portfolio while effectively managing risk and maximizing shareholder value.

<li>Draft and present clear credit in written loan reviews that accurately capture the credit risk of each loan including the financial capacity of the borrower, the performance of the property and the current value of collateral.</li>
<li>Utilize US based resources to assess risk exposure within the loan portfolio, including probabilities of default and loss given default.</li>
<li>Monitor the performance of assigned loans within the loan portfolio, identifying early warning signals and recommending appropriate action.</li>
<li>Conduct industry research and analysis to understand market trends and identify potential risks.</li>
<li>Monitor and administer construction loans, including tracking budgets, monitoring completion schedules, reviewing third-party reports and ensuring draws are funded timely.</li>
<li>Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations and internal policies.</li>
<li>Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders to provide updates on portfolio performance and risk trends.</li>
<li>Stay informed about changes in regulatory requirements and industry best practices to maintain compliance and mitigate legal and regulatory risks.</li>

Requirements

<li>Minimum 3 years of experience in commercial lending, preferably with a focus in commercial real estate and hospitality</li>
<li>Bachelor's degree Finance or Accounting with strong academic record</li>

<li>Ability to work independently with minimal supervision</li>
<li>Strong attention to detail and ability to identify discrepancies in data</li>
<li>Proficiency in financial software, data analytics tools, and spreadsheet applications (such as Excel)</li>
