 &bull; Proven experience in leading and managing marketing teams with measurable results.
 
 
 &bull; Minimum 4+ years of experience in marketing, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role.
 
 
 &bull; Strong background in campaign planning, execution, and performance analysis across multiple channels (digital, social, offline).
 
 
 &bull; Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both
 
 
 English and Arabic.
 
 
 &bull; Solid understanding of brand strategy, positioning, and market segmentation.
 
 
 &bull; Demonstrated ability to develop and manage marketing budgets effectively.
 
 
 &bull; Experience in digital marketing, SEO/SEM, paid media, and analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, etc.).
 
 
 &bull; Proven track record of cross-functional collaboration with sales, product, and creative teams.
 
 
 &bull; Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
 
 
 
 
 
 What You'll Do:
 
 
 
 
 
 &bull; Lead, mentor, and motivate the marketing team to achieve KPIs and overall business objectives.
 
 
 &bull; Develop and oversee the execution of integrated marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation.
 
 
 &bull; Plan and manage marketing campaigns across various platforms, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and business goals.
 
 
 &bull; Monitor and analyze performance metrics, providing actionable insights and recommendations for optimization.
 
 
 &bull; Oversee content creation and distribution strategies to maximize audience reach and engagement.
 
 
 &bull; Manage marketing budgets, ensuring optimal allocation of resources and ROl.
 
 
 &bull; Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities to keep the brand competitive.
 
 
 &bull; Report regularly to senior management on campaign performance, team progress, and market insights.
