The Role The Master Teacher is responsible for driving classes and ensuring students are thoroughly prepared for JEE Advanced, JEE Main, or NEET, while nurturing their overall development. In addition to delivering high-quality academic instruction, the Master Teacher plays a key role in mentoring students, inspiring curiosity, and guiding them toward continuous learning. This role demands a strong emphasis on academic excellence, personalised attention, and effective learning outcomes for every individual student in the program.What You Will Actually Do<ul><li>Impart student learning on the competitive exam curriculum of JEE Advanced, JEE</li></ul>Mains or NEET, with strong conceptual depth and focus on application.<ul><li>Design and deliver the academic content through a well-structured classroom</li></ul>pedagogy. The classrooms must foster a safe and gender-inclusive environmentthat ensures equal participation and learning opportunities for all students.<ul><li>Lead high-quality doubt-solving sessions, encourage problem-solving and critical</li></ul>thinking<ul><li>Conduct regular assessments and analyse student performance, test outcomes to</li></ul>enable better student preparation and test-taking.<ul><li>Mentoring every student is an integral part of our program where we focus to</li></ul>impart lifelong learning, building clarity in career pathways, to address challengesand barriers that our students need to overcome for better success<ul><li>Assist students in applying for the right exams, colleges or universities and extend</li></ul>scholarship support to students<ul><li>Conduct and facilitate effective parent counselling sessions to align student goals,</li></ul>progress and academic pathways.<ul><li>Collaborate and coordinate effectively with school administration to ensure</li></ul>smooth program operations.<ul><li>Systematically collect, maintain, and manage student information and data.</li></ul>Who We&rsquo;re Looking For<ul><li>Educational Qualification: Full time degree in M.Sc./ B.E./B.Tech/M.Tech.</li></ul>Passion for teaching &amp; working in the Education Sector.<ul><li>Language Profile: Proficiency in English; proficiency in the local/regional</li></ul>language is mandatory.<ul><li>Experience: More than 3 years of full-time teaching experience at JEE</li></ul>Advanced, JEE Mains or NEET curriculum.<ul><li>Pedagogical Strength: High expertise and clarity of concepts delivered</li></ul>through a structured pedagogy.<ul><li>Mindset &amp; Skills:</li></ul><ul><li>Drive for teaching and improving student outcomes.</li></ul><ul><li>High accountability, ownership and a continuous learning mindset.</li></ul><ul><li>Ability to focus on the growth and learning of every student in the</li></ul>classroom.<ul><li>Location Flexibility: Willingness to work and stay in JNVs / governmentschool ecosystems, which are mostly located in the rural parts, across India.</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: ₹1,200,000.00 - ₹1,800,000.00 per yearBenefits:<ul><li>Cell phone reimbursement</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Internet reimbursement</li><li>Paid time off</li></ul>Education:<ul><li>Bachelor's (Required)</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>JEE Advance: 3 years (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
