Key Responsibilities &ndash; Project Manager for Power Solutions Projects</h3><ul><li>
Oversee the full project lifecycle: from initial client consultation and proposal through planning, execution, delivery, and final handover of power systems projects.</li><li>
Coordinate cross-functional project teams (engineering, construction, procurement, subcontractors) to ensure alignment with scope, quality, safety, cost, and timeline targets.</li><li>
Develop detailed project plans, manage budgets, track progress, and proactively mitigate risks affecting quality or delivery.</li><li>
Act as the main point of contact for clients, providing regular updates and building positive, long-term partnerships.</li><li>
Champion continuous improvement, sustainability, and best practices in power solutions and project management.</li><li>
Manage project documentation, reporting, stakeholder communication, and compliance requirements with attention to accuracy and transparency.</li><li>
Support commissioning, testing, and resolution of technical issues in coordination with engineering and client teams.</li></ul><h4 class="jobSectionHeader">
Required Skills and Qualifications &ndash; Power Solutions Project Manager</h4><ul><li>
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.</li><li>
Proven experience as a Mechanical Engineering Project Manager or a similar role, demonstrating successful project delivery.</li><li>
Strong technical knowledge and expertise in mechanical engineering principles, design, and analysis specifically with steam raising plant and boilers.</li><li>
Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools.</li><li>
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.</li><li>
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.</li><li>
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.</li><li>
Knowledge of relevant industry codes, standards, and regulations.</li><li>
Familiarity with CAD software and other engineering tools is desirable.</li><li>
