 Avantor is looking for an Inside Sales Representative to join our Direct Sales Team supporting primarily the Southeast region. The representative will help drive the team to achieve territory growth targets, customer satisfaction, revenue generation, and long-term customer goals in line with company business strategy.
 
 
 This is a remote position.
 
 
 
 What we&rsquo;re looking for
 
 
 
 <ul>

 Education: College Degree or equivalent experience required.
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience: 1 - 3+ years Sales experience preferred.
 </li>
 <li>
 Business to Business Sales Experience preferred
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent listening, verbal and written skills

 Excellent communication and team interaction skills, routinely interacting with customers, manufacturers, and VWR staff

 Manage a territory consisting of 250-400 customers within a specific Market Segment.
 </li>
 <li>
 Drive market share gains and meet company expectations for growth by completing a large volume of outbound phone calls each day.

 Communicate effectively and persuasively to a high volume of people throughout the workday over the phone.
 </li>
 <li>
 Prospect and establish new customers by managing a sales pipeline in Sales Force and developing and delivering proposals to customers by illustrating VWR&rsquo;s value proposition.

 Determine the requirements of existing and new customers and also their expectations to provide customer solutions based on VWR Value proposition.
 </li>
 <li>
 Demonstrate an understanding of the prospect&rsquo;s challenges and asking smart questions that will build the case for VWR&rsquo;s products and services. Staying on the phone and setting up an appointment to talk in the future for a defined period of time.
 </li>
 <li>
 Follow up with customers post sale in order to ensure customer satisfaction.
 </li>
 <li>
 Expand VWR&rsquo;s role with existing customers by developing retention strategies illustrating VWR&rsquo;s value proposition in conjunction with evolving customer requirements.
 </li>
 <li>
 Sell consultatively, detailing products, determine customer needs and requirements, and make recommendations to both prospects and customers of the various solutions VWR can offer their business.
 </li>
 <li>
 Work in conjunction with sales management team providing proposals and implementing sales strategies to achieve sales growth and quota attainment.
 </li>
 <li>
 Manage and sell VWR&rsquo;s vast product portfolio using the VWR Advantage Strategy (VAS).
 </li>
 <li>
 Represent VWR and present a professional image to customer and manufacturers to supply an outstanding image and impression of VWR.
 </li>
 <li>
 Work directly with local manufacturer representatives to develop and continually improve product knowledge, arrive at most favored pricing, and improve profitability.
 </li>
 <li>
 Perform other duties as assigned.

Avantor's Talent Acquisition Team is seeking a customer-focused French &amp; German speaking (both languages) Talent Acquisition Partner with strong direct sourcing experience. The successful candidate will work in partnership with business hiring managers and cross-functional HR teams and lead a full-cycle recruitment process in identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent to our organization. This position must use discretion while handling information of a sensitive, complex, and confidential nature. 
</div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div>In this role, you will report to the Sr. Supervisor of Talent Acquisition and support Avantor&rsquo;s hiring activity across the European Region.
EXPERIENCE:
<ul><li>Education: High School Diploma or GED required. Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience preferred
</li><li>Proficient in Read, Write &amp; Speak French &amp; German</li><li>
Certification in sourcing, diversity recruiting and/or behavioral based interviewing (e.g., AIRS, LinkedIn Recruiter, DDI etc.) preferred.
