Job description:Job Title: Senior Payroll and Accounts ExecutiveExperience: 3 to 5 YearsDepartment: Finance &amp; AccountsLocation: NASTP Building, 69 Abid Majeed Road, Near Girja Chowk Lahore, Cantt.Reports To: Senior Manager FinanceJob Summary:We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Senior Payroll and Accounts Executive to manage petty cash, employee claims, payroll processing, and assist in handling day-to-day accounting tasks. The ideal candidate will be proactive, organized, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy and integrity in financial processes.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Manage and reconcile petty cash expenses, ensuring proper documentation and timely replenishment.</li><li>Process employee reimbursements and claims, ensuring compliance with company policies.</li><li>Assist in the preparation and execution of monthly payroll, including attendance and deduction inputs.</li><li>Address employee queries related to payroll, claims, and other routine financial matters.</li><li>Support monthly and year-end financial closings.</li><li>Prepare and maintain accurate records of all financial transactions.</li><li>Assist in bank reconciliations, vendor payments, and invoice processing.</li><li>Coordinate with internal departments for financial data and clarifications.</li><li>Ensure adherence to accounting principles and internal controls.</li><li>Provide support during audits or financial reviews.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.</li><li>1&ndash;3 years of relevant experience in accounts or finance roles.</li><li>Working knowledge of MS Excel and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, etc.).</li><li>Strong attention to detail and time management skills.</li><li>Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.</li><li>Good communication and interpersonal skills.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timeEducation:<ul><li>Bachelor's (Required)</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>Payroll and Accounts department: 3 years (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In personJob Type: Full-timeWork Location: In person
