Technical Content WriterAbout the RoleWe are seeking a Technical Content Writer to translate complex technical concepts into clear, engaging content for various audiences. You will be a crucial link between our engineering teams and our users, creating high-quality documentation and supporting marketing efforts. This role is ideal for a writer early in their career, with 6 months to 4 years of proven experience.Key Responsibilities* Create Documentation: Write, edit, and maintain user manuals, installation guides, API references, and knowledge base articles.* Produce Marketing Content: Collaborate to develop technical blog posts, white papers, case studies, and website copy that highlight product features.* Simplify Complexity: Interview subject matter experts (SMEs) and engineers to gather information and transform it into simple, digestible content.* Ensure Quality: Edit for clarity, accuracy, consistency, and adherence to our internal style guide and brand voice.Qualifications* Experience: 6 months to 4 years of professional experience in technical writing, content creation, or a related field.* Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication in English, with a strong portfolio showcasing technical work.* Technical Aptitude: Proven ability to quickly grasp and explain complex technical concepts (e.g., software, SaaS, or hardware).* Tools: Familiarity with documentation tools (e.g., Confluence, Markdown, Git) and MS Office/Google Workspace.* Bonus: Basic understanding of SEO, coding concepts (like APIs), or experience with graphic tools for creating diagrams.Job Type: Full-timePay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs90,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
