Job description:Location: Bhubaneswar Experience: 2&ndash;4 Years Employment Type: Full-time | Work from OfficeKey Responsibilities:<ul><li>Manage end-to-end recruitment for IT roles</li><li>Source candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, and professional networks.</li><li>Screen resumes, conduct initial HR interviews, and evaluate candidates&rsquo; technical fit and communication skills.</li><li>Coordinate and schedule technical interviews with hiring managers.</li><li>Maintain candidate databases and ensure smooth communication throughout the hiring process.</li><li>Partner with hiring managers to understand requirements, job specifications, and role expectations.</li><li>Handle offer negotiations, onboarding coordination, and ensure positive candidate experience.</li><li>Track recruitment metrics (TAT, source efficiency, offer-to-join ratio, etc.).</li></ul>Required Skills &amp; Qualifications:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Human Resources, IT, or related field.</li><li>1&ndash;4 years of experience in IT recruitment or technical hiring.</li><li>Strong understanding of IT technologies, skill sets, and market trends.</li><li>Hands-on experience with job portals like Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, and ATS platforms.</li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Ability to manage multiple positions and meet hiring targets within timelines.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;15,991.80 - &#8377;25,867.85 per monthWork Location: In person
