The ideal candidate should be well-versed in communicating with different shipping carriers such as FedEx, DHL, UPS, and others, and must possess strong computer and organizational skills.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Oversee and manage daily production and shipment operations.</li><li>Create and process shipments using multiple courier platforms (FedEx, DHL, UPS, etc.).</li><li>Generate and maintain tracking numbers and shipment records.</li><li>Coordinate with courier companies for pickups, deliveries, and issue resolution.</li><li>Ensure all outgoing shipments are accurate, properly packed, and documented.</li><li>Maintain shipment logs and regularly update tracking statuses.</li><li>Communicate effectively with production and customer service teams regarding dispatch updates.</li><li>Monitor shipment performance and recommend process improvements.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>6 months or 1 year of proven experience in production, logistics, or shipping management.</li><li>Strong knowledge of shipping systems and online courier portals.</li><li>Excellent computer proficiency (MS Office, Excel, and web-based tools).</li><li>Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.</li><li>Ability to multitask, stay organized, and meet deadlines.</li><li>Attention to detail and a proactive attitude toward problem-solving.</li></ul>Education:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree preferred (or equivalent relevant experience).</li></ul>What We Offer<ul><li>Competitive Salary: PKR 40,000 &ndash; 50,000/month (Based on Experience)</li><li>Career Growth: Professional development and advancement opportunities</li><li>Benefits: Transport allowance, paid leave, and leave encashment</li><li>Work Culture: Supportive, collaborative, and growth-driven team</li><li>Location: North Nazimabad, Karachi</li><li>Timings: 9:00 AM &ndash; 6:00 PM</li><li>Days: Monday &ndash; Saturday</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs50,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
