Job Purpose: The Analyst - Embedded Onsite collects, analyzes, and disseminates relevant data and intelligence supporting Law Enforcement, Corrections and Criminal Courts. This role will collaborate with cross-functional teams, mentors and provides expertise to team members, gathers intelligence from various sources, and produces intelligence reports and executive summaries which assists in detecting crime trends, identifying modus operandi, predicting potential criminal activity and targets.

Essential Duties:
<ul>
<li>Plan, research, write and review referrals, criminal reports, correspondence and executive summaries.</li>
<li>Plan, develop, and write intelligence reports and summaries as necessary.</li>
<li>Maintain investigative records and manage information in compliance with the agency's retention policy.</li>
<li>Plan, coordinate, and integrate work activities, assignments, and projects with Investigations division management to ensure the effective completion of initiatives and requirements.</li>
<li>Gather intelligence data from open sources, databases, and other relevant sources.</li>
<li>Analyze intelligence data using various analytical techniques and tools to identify trends, patterns, and potential threats.</li>
<li>Prepare intelligence reports highlighting key findings and recommendations.</li>
<li>Provide insights and recommendations based on intelligence analysis to support decision-making processes to all parties involved</li>
<li>Stay updated on industry trends, emerging threats, and best practices in intelligence analysis.</li>
<li>Conduct a final critique of intelligence ensuring this aligns with the agency's intelligence values.</li>
<li>Ensures that necessary corrections and/or additions are provided if content or substance is deemed inadequate.</li>
<li>Ensure the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of intelligence data and information.</li>
<li>Other duties as assigned by the Host Facility</li>
</ul>
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
<ul>
<li>Experience in intelligence analysis, preferably in a corporate or government setting.</li>
<li>Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with the ability to produce clear and logical reports and concise briefings.</li>
<li>Proficiency in intelligence analysis tools and software.</li>
<li>Excellent communication and presentation skills.</li>
<li>Ability to work effectively in a team environment and under pressure.</li>
<li>Knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and ethical standards in intelligence analysis.</li>
<li>Demonstrated ability to exercise sound judgment and form objective and evidence-based conclusions/recommendations regarding criminal or administrative complaints.</li>
<li>Demonstrate research, planning, and organization skills and demonstrated ability to manage changing and competing priorities under strict timelines while maintaining a high level of attention to detail.</li>
<li>Experience in communicating needs and directives to be successful with multiple entities involved</li>
</ul>
Minimum Qualifications:
<ul>
<li>High School Diploma or GED.</li>
<li>3+ years' experience in a related role analyzing data, identifying trends, and writing Intelligence/summary reports.</li>
<li>Experience with multiple Agency communication paths</li>
<li>Proficient with all Microsoft Office products.</li>
</ul>
Preferred Qualifications:
<ul>
<li>Bachelor's degree in Intelligence Studies, Criminal Justice or related field of study.</li>
</ul>

Job Purpose: Responsible for handle all incoming Field Technician calls, providing detailed troubleshooting and problem resolution assistance related to Aventiv systems, applications and products which includes but not limited to Aventiv Call Platform (SCP) user interface and/or network peripherals, provisioning page, along with, other customer software and applications and third-party system integrations.

Responsible for accurately generating, documenting, and resolving tickets within the ticket tracking system, while maintaining customer communications throughout the repair process through resolution and closure.

Essential Duties:
<ul>
<li>Accurately document trouble tickets including troubleshooting steps to final resolution and root cause with full resolution confirmation being obtained from the customer for all owned tickets before closing.</li>
<li>Proactively review and troubleshoot each components related to a monitoring event to ensure that the issue being investigated is not a repeat problem, so reviewing of previous ticket history is needed to rule that out.</li>
<li>Provide remote support to Field Technicians in order to fully resolve customer&rsquo;s reported problem or issue at hand.</li>
<li>Responsible for following up with the customer on problems, as well as follow designated escalation process and response times for tickets they retain ownership</li>
<li>Responsible for opening tickets to investigate problems being reported by customers (internal &amp; external)</li>
<li>Responsible for proactively monitoring facility customer&rsquo;s equipment to ensure that the network is functioning properly, this includes hardware and or software applications that may alert and need to be addressed in a timely manner.</li>
<li>Serve as next level support / mentorship for the Technical Support Technician I to aid in broadening their overall knowledge and skillset and are the conduit for next level escalation of technical matters.</li>
<li>Technicians are responsible for accurately documenting and monitoring the status of their trouble tickets on a daily basis.</li>
</ul>
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
<ul>
<li>Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing.</li>
<li>Ability to handle and prioritize multiple projects and tasks simultaneously.</li>

<li>Comprehensive understanding of telephony, networks, routers, and servers.</li>

<li>Proficient in the use of NMS and Dialogic tools</li>
<li> Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and capable of learning new technology</li>
<li>Basic Telephony experience</li>
</ul>
Minimum Qualifications:
<ul>
<li> High School Diploma or a General Equivalency Diploma (GED)</li>
<li> 4-5 years&rsquo; experience in technical support and/or in a help desk service environment with a focus on telecommunications and/or software support.</li>
<li>Experience in direct customer support with Microsoft Operating System.</li>
<li> Experience in providing remote network support.</li>
<li>Experience supporting Linux/UNIX/QNX and SQL.</li>
<li>Experience supporting POTS, DSL, Cable Modems, Fiber over Ethernet &amp; T1/MPLS circuits.</li>
<li>Microsoft SQL Database Experience</li>
<li>MCP, MCSE or A+ Desktop, CCNA or N+ Network certifications or a minimum of 6 months as Aventiv Technical Support Call Center Tech I</li>
</ul>
Experience with communication ports modems TCP-IP, remote access clients and protocol.

Preferred Qualifications:

<li>Associate&rsquo;s degree, preferably in Information Technology, Computer Science or Electronical Engineering or related field of study.</li>
<li>Correctional industry experience</li>

Job Purpose: Responsible for examining and analyzing calls and video visits for state agencies pertaining to internal and external civil, criminal, administrative, regulatory, and/or environmental investigations within a program, correctional facility, or agency-designated region or area.

Essential Duties:
<ul>
<li>Review calls from a correctional agency and meet targeted requirements with the ability to recognize key words, phrases, cryptic messages, slang/gang terms and other hidden messages and disseminate.</li>
<li>Examine and analyze a variety of call recordings and escalate intelligence regarding victims, and persons suspected of violating statutes, policies and/or procedures, or program requirements administered by the assigned agency.</li>
<li>Watch multiple video sessions from a Facility at the same time and ensure all requirements are met for the visit.</li>
<li>Decide based on what is seen in the video to take action on the Visit and ensure proper escalation is handled if needed.</li>
<li>Examine and analyze a variety of call recordings and respective intelligence regarding improper or unlawful activities including but not limited to - resulting in the diversion of controlled drugs, assault or any other bodily harm (physical or sexual), weapons location, cell phone location, escape, and suicide.</li>
<li>Immediate notification to Investigations Manager and/or Other Guarded Exchange senior staff to include but not limited to eminent danger, child abuse, elderly Abuse, kidnapping, staff involvement with offenders, staff misconduct, and any staff sexual contact.</li>
<li>Listens to or reads through material in one language, ascertains understanding of the meaning and context of that material, and converts it into a second language, making sure to preserve the original meaning.</li>
<li>Proofread translated material for grammar, spelling and punctuation accuracy and return it in the required format.</li>
<li>Performs other related work as assigned.</li>
</ul>
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
<ul><li>Ability to multitask.</li>
<li>Computer literate, specifically in Microsoft Office and Google Suites.</li>
<li>Functional typing skills.</li>
