 Role Summary
 
 
 
 We are looking for a dynamic
 
 Procurement Manager
 
 to lead the end-to-end procurement process across all spend categories, ensuring value delivery, compliance, and operational excellence for our UAE business. This role serves as a strategic business partner to internal stakeholders and is responsible for sourcing, supplier negotiations, contract management, and performance optimization. You will manage key supplier relationships, identify cost-saving opportunities, and proactively mitigate procurement risks.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Key Responsibilities
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Ensure compliance with purchase requisitions and PO processes
 </li>
 <li>
 Lead supplier relationship management and performance evaluations
 </li>
 <li>
 Oversee the full procurement cycle, including expediting and tracking
 </li>
 <li>
 Drive cost savings and value optimization initiatives
 </li>
 <li>
 Manage sourcing activities and ensure RFQ/RFI compliance
 </li>
 <li>
 Develop and mentor procurement team members
 </li>
 <li>
 Uphold HSE compliance and mitigate procurement-related risks
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 Qualifications
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Business, Procurement, Supply Chain, or a related field
 </li>
 <li>
 CIPS Diploma or equivalent (preferred)
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 Experience
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Minimum of 10 years of business experience in procurement
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 Skills and Knowledge
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Strong understanding of the complete procurement lifecycle
 </li>
 <li>
 Proven negotiation skills with suppliers across various levels
 </li>
 <li>
 Customer-focused with the ability to build strong internal and external relationships
 </li>
 <li>
 Effective team leadership, with a results-driven and positive mindset
 </li>
 <li>
 Highly organized, able to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
 </li>
 <li>
 Adaptable and flexible in a fast-paced environment
 </li>
 <li>
 Fluency in English (written and spoken) is required
 </li>
 <li>
 Proficiency in spoken Arabic is mandatory
 </li>

 Technical Competencies

 Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience with Oracle or Sage is an advantage
 </li>
