 We are looking for a dynamic
 
 Procurement Manager
 
 to lead the end-to-end procurement process across all spend categories, ensuring value delivery, compliance, and operational excellence for our UAE business. This role serves as a strategic business partner to internal stakeholders and is responsible for sourcing, supplier negotiations, contract management, and performance optimization. You will manage key supplier relationships, identify cost-saving opportunities, and proactively mitigate procurement risks.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Key Responsibilities

 Ensure compliance with purchase requisitions and PO processes

 Lead supplier relationship management and performance evaluations
 </li>

 Oversee the full procurement cycle, including expediting and tracking

 Drive cost savings and value optimization initiatives

 Manage sourcing activities and ensure RFQ/RFI compliance
 </li>

 Qualifications

 Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Business, Procurement, Supply Chain, or a related field

 CIPS Diploma or equivalent (preferred)

 Minimum of 10 years of business experience in procurement

 Role Summary
 
 
 
 The Managing Director is the most senior leader of Averda UAE, responsible for the end-to-end performance of the business. Reporting directly to the Group COO, the MD leads the UAE management team to achieve ambitious goals in revenue growth, profitability, cash generation, operational efficiency, client satisfaction, and team development.  1. Strategic Leadership &amp; Growth

 Qualifications &amp; Experience

 Minimum of 10 years of senior leadership experience, including P&amp;L accountability at country or regional level, ideally in waste management, industrial, logistics, or infrastructure business.

 Experience managing diverse teams and stakeholders, with a strong focus on culture and people development.
