Position Summary
The Female Drug Screening Representative plays a vital role in supporting individuals on their path to recovery. You&rsquo;ll be responsible for collecting and processing urine samples, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring each patient is treated with respect, dignity, and professionalism. This is an entry-level position with opportunities for growth within the company.
Key Responsibilities
<ul><li>Greet and check in patients at the testing center
</li><li>Conduct observed urine collections with female patients who are complying with probation, completing drug treatment programs, or meeting bond requirements
</li><li>Prepare and ship collected specimens to the Averhealth laboratory
</li><li>Maintain cleanliness and organization of the testing site
</li><li>Ensure confidentiality and compliance with all company and legal standards
</li><li>Primary worksite may vary based on operational needs. Regular coverage at secondary sites within a 45 mile radius may be required.</li></ul>
Schedule
<ul><li>Full-time: Typically between 35-40 hours per week
</li><li>Must have flexibility for varying shifts due to random testing needs
</li><li>Primary hours: Monday&ndash;Friday, 9am&ndash;6pm, with some weekend shifts (9am&ndash;12pm)
</li><li>Schedules are provided approximately one month in advance
