Our mission is to optimize revenue streams for healthcare providers by delivering efficient and comprehensive billing solutions.Job Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior AR Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Accounts Receivable services, including cash posting, denial management, and AR follow-up. Familiarity with industry-specific software such as Brightree, NikoHealth, or Bonafide is essential.Responsibilities:<ul><li>Perform accurate and timely cash posting to ensure proper allocation of payments.</li><li>Manage and resolve denials by conducting thorough analysis and implementing effective denial management strategies.</li><li>Conduct in-depth AR follow-up to ensure timely reimbursement and resolution of outstanding claims.</li><li>Collaborate with internal teams to identify and address root causes of payment delays or denials.</li><li>Utilize industry-specific software for efficient processing and analysis.</li><li>Stay informed about industry changes, regulations, and best practices related to medical billing and RCM.</li><li>Provide guidance and training to junior AR specialists as needed.</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in medical billing and Revenue Cycle Management.</li><li>Proven expertise in cash posting, denial management, and AR follow-up.</li><li>Experience with industry-specific software such as Brightree, NikoHealth, or Bonafide.</li><li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.</li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Knowledge of healthcare billing regulations and compliance requirements.</li><li>Relevant certifications in medical billing or Revenue Cycle Management are a plus.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: Up to &#8377;35,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Paid sick time</li><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>
