SUMMARY

The Technical Project Manager leads technical implementation projects for Avetta's customers, with a primary focus on Single Sign-On (SSO) configuration and API-based integrations. This role coordinates internal and external resources to drive projects from requirements through go-live, serving as the technical subject matter expert for the Implementation Team and as a trusted advisor to customers navigating complex technical setup.

Candidates located within commuting distance of Avetta's offices in Lehi, Utah; Dallas, Texas; or Houston, Texas are strongly preferred, as this role follows a hybrid work schedule of three days in the office and two days working remotely each week. Exceptional candidates who do not live within commuting distance of one of these office locations may be considered for a fully remote arrangement.</div>

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Project Delivery
<ul>
<li>Own end-to-end delivery of customer technical implementation projects, with an emphasis on SSO configuration (SAML, OIDC) and API-based/custom integrations</li>
<li>Manage project scope, timeline, and change control to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery</li>
<li>Gather and document client requirements; recommend solutions aligned with best practices and industry standards</li>
<li>Provide regular project status updates and reporting to project management and/or Technical Project leadership</li>
</ul>
Technical Advisory
<ul>
<li>Serve as the subject matter expert on customer-facing technical solutions, particularly SSO and API integrations</li>
<li>Act as a trusted advisor to customers, guiding them through technical decisions and key considerations during implementation</li>
<li>Provide technical guidance and escalation support to the global Implementation Team</li>
</ul>
Cross-Functional Collaboration
<ul>
<li>Communicate effectively across the organization, interfacing with stakeholders at multiple levels of management</li>
<li>Collaborate effectively in a matrixed environment across Engineering, Product, Implementation and Customer Success</li>
<li>Support and help execute team process standardization and continuous improvement initiatives</li>
<li>Identify opportunities to leverage AI tools to improve delivery speed, quality, and internal processes</li>
</ul>
Travel &ndash; up to 10% of travel required.

IDEAL EXPERIENCE, EDUCATION &amp; TRAINING:
<ul>
<li>3&ndash;5 years of experience in a client-facing technical implementation or project management role</li>
<li>Bachelor's degree in a technical field (e.g., Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering) or equivalent practical experience</li>
<li>Hands-on experience with Single Sign-On technologies (SAML, OIDC, or similar)</li>
<li>Experience with API-based integration and custom integration work</li>
<li>Experience with ticketing/collaboration systems such as Jira and Confluence</li>
<li>Strong understanding of SaaS delivery models and client management best practices</li>
<li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills</li>
<li>Salesforce experience or certification</li>
<li>Experience with analytics and reporting tools</li>
<li>Familiarity with localization considerations for global implementations</li>
<li>Topical understanding of the Health &amp; Safety regulatory environment</li>

Summary

The Integrated Campaign Manager is a senior business-owning campaign leader responsible for driving pipeline and revenue across Avetta's Client and Supplier segments. This role owns the strategy, execution, and performance of integrated marketing programs that improve demand creation, lead progression, and funnel conversion across the full buyer and customer lifecycle.

This person partners closely with Product Marketing, Marketing Operations, Digital, Sales, SDRs, and regional stakeholders to bring campaigns to market, optimize performance, and translate insights into action. Success in this role is defined by business impact, strong cross-functional leadership, and the ability to turn strategy into measurable results.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Segment and Campaign Ownership
<ul>
<li>Own integrated campaign strategy and execution for the Client and Supplier segments.</li>
<li>Build and manage multi-channel campaign plans across email, paid media, nurture, web, and sales-supported programs.</li>
<li>Align campaigns to segment priorities, pipeline goals, and revenue objectives.</li>
<li>Identify content, program, and journey gaps that limit performance and partner cross-functionally to close them.</li>
</ul>
Pipeline and Performance Accountability
<ul>
<li>Drive measurable contribution to sourced pipeline, influenced pipeline, lead progression, and conversion.</li>
<li>Monitor campaign performance and make optimization recommendations across targeting, messaging, offers, sequencing, and channels.</li>
<li>Partner with Marketing Operations and Analytics to ensure campaigns are measurable, well tracked, and tied to business outcomes.</li>
<li>Deliver clear performance updates, insights, and recommendations to senior leadership.</li>
</ul>
Cross-Functional Leadership
<ul>
<li>Lead campaign execution across Product Marketing, Marketing Ops, Digital, Sales, SDRs, regional teams, and external partners.</li>
<li>Maintain campaign plans, timelines, milestones, and dependencies in Wrike.</li>
<li>Ensure campaign launches are coordinated, on time, and aligned to business priorities.</li>
<li>Influence stakeholders and drive decisions that improve campaign performance and execution speed.</li>
</ul>
Always-On and Lifecycle Programs
<ul>
<li>Oversee always-on programs within the Client and Supplier segments, including nurtures, retargeting, and sales-support messaging.</li>
<li>Continuously improve customer and prospect engagement through testing, segmentation, and lifecycle optimization.</li>
<li>Ensure regional and audience variations are incorporated where needed without losing strategic consistency.</li>
</ul>
Ideal Experience, Education, and Training:
<ul>
<li>5 to 8 years of experience in demand generation, integrated campaigns, or B2B marketing.</li>
<li>Proven success owning campaign strategy and performance tied to pipeline and revenue outcomes.</li>
<li>Experience managing complex, cross-functional marketing programs with multiple stakeholders.</li>
<li>Strong analytical skills and ability to use data to diagnose issues, identify opportunities, and improve results.</li>
<li>Experience with marketing automation and CRM platforms such as Marketo, 6sense and Salesforce.</li>
<li>Experience across multi-channel campaign execution including ABM, email, paid media, nurture, digital, and sales enablement.</li>
<li>Strong project leadership, prioritization, and communication skills.</li>
<li>Experience in B2B marketing with complex buying cycles and multiple personas.</li>
<li>Experience supporting both acquisition and customer growth motions.</li>
<li>Familiarity with global campaign execution and regional adaptation.</li>
<li>Experience managing agencies or external partners.</li>
<li>Comfort using AI-enabled tools to improve campaign execution, testing, and analysis.</li>
<li>Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.</li>
<li>Relevant certifications in marketing automation, analytics, or digital marketing are a plus.</li>
