SUMMARY

The Supplier Relationship Manager will own a strategic book of high-value suppliers and guide them through the full lifecycle - onboarding, adoption, engagement, renewal, and reactivation. This role blends account management, retention strategy, and consultative upsell into one high-impact motion. The SRM serves as the single point of accountability for supplier retention outcomes while influencing process improvement across multiple departments. This is a hybrid role, working three days a week in our beautiful Lehi office.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

<li>Manage a defined portfolio of suppliers with full lifecycle accountability (onboarding through renewal and reactivation)</li>
<li>Deliver proactive, data-driven outreach based on health score signals, risk triggers, and lifecycle milestones</li>
<li>Forecast renewals accurately using best/worst/likely modeling and document risks, saves, and objections</li>
<li>Lead renewal and objection-handling conversations with empathy, confidence, and commercial acumen</li>
<li>Support cross-sell and upsell opportunities by aligning supplier needs with product value</li>
<li>Own escalation recovery and coordinate with Support, Billing, and Onboarding to remove friction</li>
<li>Interpret usage data and campaign performance to optimize engagement and retention outcomes</li>
<li>Partner with product, billing, and operations teams to influence internal processes and improve the supplier experience</li>
</ul>
IDEAL EXPERIENCE, EDUCATION &amp; TRAINING:
<ul>
<li>3&ndash;6 years of experience in customer success, account management, renewals, or supplier relationship roles (B2B SaaS or compliance-driven environments strongly preferred)</li>
<li>Proven track record managing a book of business with measurable retention or revenue impact</li>
<li>Strong communication, objection handling, and commercial negotiation skills</li>
<li>Proficiency in Salesforce and lifecycle platforms (e.g., ChurnZero, Gainsight, HubSpot); able to forecast and track performance with precision</li>
<li>Bachelor's degree in business, communications, or related field or equivalent combination of education and experience</li></ul></div>

SUMMARY

The Sales Development Representative is responsible for the outreach to prospective clients with the objective of identifying potential client customers and setting qualified appointments for the field sales team.

This is a hybrid role, working three days a week in our beautiful Lehi or Dallas office.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
<ul>
<li>Raise awareness and generate interest for Avetta through cold calling, emails, and social outreach to prospective customers</li>
<li>Schedule initial discovery calls for Account Executives</li>
<li>Meet or exceed assigned daily activity minimums of 80-100 activities (calls + emails)</li>
<li>Manage your own book of accounts and set the strategy for effective book management</li>
<li>Become a power user of Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, Salesforce, Chili Piper and Gong as tools</li>
<li>Provide constructive feedback on how to improve effectiveness and efficiency within the SDR role to SDR Managers and Sales Enablement</li>
<li>Collaborate with team members to share and learn from best practices</li>
<li>Maintain a schedule aligned with the business hours of your assigned region</li>
<li>Regular and predictive attendance</li>
<li>This position requires travel to attend sales conferences, events, training sessions and other travel as outlined by management.</li>
</ul>
IDEAL EXPERIENCE, EDUCATION &amp; TRAINING:
<ul>
<li>Collaborate with team members to share and learn from best practices</li>
<li>Minimum of 6 months of sales experience (ideally as an SDR) working with Mid-Market accounts</li>
<li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills</li>
<li>You have a high degree of resilience, enabling you to bounce back from setbacks</li>
<li>You possess a player mindset; you strive to grow and develop and never back down from a challenge</li>
<li>Your work ethic is unmatched- anything you don't know you'll make up with hard work</li>

METRICS THAT MATTER:

<li>Ability to complete a minimum 8-hour in-office workday</li>
<li>Minimum of 8 qualified meetings per month

At Avetta, we are committed to salary transparency to ensure equitable hiring practices and promote trust. The salary range included in this job posting is based on internal and market data and the role's responsibilities. The final compensation offered to a candidate will be determined by several factors, including work location, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

The salary range for this position is $50,000-60,000 per year
