<div>General Purpose of Job:
This position is responsible for providing customer service to all people desiring to use customer or charter service by being attentive to their needs, politely handling their inquiries promptly, and completing the required transactions as noted below. Additional responsibilities include cargo handling, ramp, aircraft cleaning, and other assigned duties.
Duties:
<ul><li>Provide efficient, friendly service to all of our customers.
</li><li>Complete all necessary arrangements for accommodating passengers such as prepare itineraries, compute fares, issue refunds, prepare and issue tickets, check baggage, as well as collect excess baggage charges
</li><li>Complete all necessary arrangements for accommodating passengers with reservations, standby's, luggage, cabin availability and in-flight supplies
</li><li>Guide passengers from the terminal to and from aircraft ensuring a safe path at all times
</li><li>Perform the loading and unloading of cargo on and off aircraft
</li><li>Transport cargo between terminals and aircraft
</li><li>Physical handling of freight and company material
</li><li>Marshalling aircraft and equipment
</li><li>Operate ground equipment, including tugs and belt loaders
</li><li>Clean and service cabin interiors, including cockpit, lavatories and draining lavatories
</li><li>Use safety related equipment and provide de-icing service to the aircraft when needed
</li><li>Perform other duties as assigned
</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>
Excellent communication skills
</li><li>Ability to push/pull/lift 50 lbs. for extended periods of time
</li><li>Ability to read and write English; bilingual skills a plus
</li><li>Ability to work efficiently under time constraints
</li><li>Must be available to work varied hours including swing and graveyard shifts plus weekends and holidays
</li><li>Must be 18 years or older
</li><li>High School diploma or GED equivalent
</li><li>Must pass background check, pre-employment drug test and obtain security clearance Must have authorization to work in the U.S.

Ground Handler

<div>General Purpose of Job:
The Ground Service Equipment Mechanic is responsible for maintaining, inspecting, and repairing on various types of mechanical equipment and facilities.
Duties
<ul><li>Inspect, maintain, and repair ground services equipment used in the support of operations.</li><li>
Perform all scheduled preventative maintenance for GSE</li><li>
Independently perform basic diagnostic and troubleshooting procedures using test equipment, applicable manuals, and industry resources</li><li>
Perform corrective repairs</li><li>
Work according to company regulations and procedures and instructions from lead, supervisor, or manager.</li><li>
Complete forms connected with work assignments</li><li>
Ability to operate fork lift and tow equipment</li><li>
Ensure to clean up any oil spills after working on equipment</li><li>
Dispose of used fluids in proper location
</li><li>Must be willing to occasionally perform other duties not associated with maintenance, such as aircraft fueling and deicing, cargo loading and unloading, and airline and charter ground operations</li><li>
Perform other duties as assigned
</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>
Must have at least 2 years of experience as a Ground Service Equipment mechanic
</li><li>Communication skills</li><li>
Ability to read and work from diagrams</li><li>
Ability to work under pressure</li><li>
Paint and body experience preferred</li><li>
Must have own roll-a-way tool box and meet minimum tool requirements</li><li>
Must be 18 years or older</li><li>
High School diploma or GED equivalent,
</li><li>2 years related experience, Aviation experience a plus</li><li>
Must pass background check, pre-employment drug test, have valid Driver's license with a good driving record within company standards</li><li>

Ground Service Equipment Mechanic

<div>General Purpose of Job:
 
The Line Services Technician position is responsible for providing fuel, oil, hangar and tie down storage, lavatory service, courtesy car transportation, luggage handling and interior and exterior services to customers and other departments. Additional responsibilities include commercial ramp operations, aircraft cleaning, operations and commissary duties as required.
Duties:
<ul><li>Performs fueling and de-icing of all types of aircraft in accordance to specific standards</li><li>
Directs the movement of aircraft and vehicular traffic on the ramp and in and about the shops and hangars of the Company's facilities; properly secures all parked aircraft at all times, clean windshields, remove trash, perform lavatory service and check tire pressures as requested</li><li>
Drives and services fuel trucks and ground support vehicles, and services aircraft and ground support vehicles with fuel, oil, and all other supplies and materials which may be required by the aircraft or vehicle; responsible for operating and filling of fuel trucks; cleaning, servicing, operating, and performing minor maintenance to this equipment</li><li>
Use safety related equipment and provide de-icing service to aircraft when needed
</li><li>Performs grounds keeping and janitorial maintenance duties, drives snow plow and assist with snow removal as required
</li><li>Maintain the cleanliness and maintenance of the areas in and about the Company's vicinity</li><li>
Assists all aircraft crews and passengers by courteously providing services they may require
</li><li>Assist with daily fuel farm inspections including performing preloading and quality control inspections</li><li>
Perform daily and monthly fuel truck safety inspections. Ensure vehicles are in safe operating order and running properly</li><li>
Maintain compliance with all FAA, Federal, State, Local and Avflight safety policies and procedures</li><li>
Perform all other duties as assigned</li></ul>

Demonstrate basic computer skills with the ability to easily grasp the functionality and concepts of company software for paperwork and computer transactions</li></ul><ul><li>

Ability to work efficiently under time constraints</li><li>
