<div>General Purpose of Job:
Provide profound customer service by assuring weight and balance of aircraft, efficient boarding of aircraft and coordinating Ramp, Operations, Provisioning and aircraft servicing to accomplish on-time performance.
Duties:<ul><li>
Provides friendly service to and maintains positive relationships with all internal and external Customers</li><li>
Responsible for providing great Customer Service to people boarding the aircraft by coordinating Ramp, Operations, Provisioning and servicing aircraft to ensure on-time departures and quick turnarounds and to make up time on delayed flights</li><li>

Opens and closes the stations, advising Dispatch of same</li><li>
Handles Station AMS and radio communications traffic as needed</li><li>

Answers station operations' telephones</li><li>
Advises Gate Agents when boarding will begin</li><li>
Prepares dispatch release forms and collects weather reports from OTIS for the Crew</li><li>
Arranges for fueling of aircraft as required</li><li>
Prepares weight and balance forms. Advises Dispatch, FLIFO and Stations of flight departures / arrivals</li><li>
Closes out flights; files and maintains accurate flight paperwork</li><li>
Make sure the aircraft are properly cleaned and provisioned prior to departure</li><li>
Coordinates special services needed on aircraft i.e. servicing lavatories, cabin grooming, wheelchairs for Customers and special emergency cleaning</li><li>
Operates boarding bridge, coordinates boarding and deplaning Customers</li><li>
Collaborates with Gate Agents in expediting the check-in process, collects boarding passes and/or electronic boarding data, and verifies boarding counts</li><li>
Checks cargo on hand to see that it is properly logged and accounted for.</li><li>
Checks that all board mail and company material is dispatched and sent to indicated Stations</li><li>
Receives, refers, or makes paging calls and makes paging announcements, as appropriate.</li><li>
Keeps station personnel advised of flight movements, weather conditions, and irregular operations</li><li>
Responsible for ground security and assuring operations follow security procedures</li><li>

Qualifications:<ul><li>

Airline Ops Agent

<div>General Purpose of Job: The Line Services Technician position is responsible for providing fuel, oil, hangar and tie down storage, lavatory service, courtesy car transportation, luggage handling and interior and exterior services to customers and other departments. Additional responsibilities include commercial ramp operations, aircraft cleaning, operations and commissary duties as required.
Duties:<ul><li>
Performs fueling and de-icing of all types of aircraft in accordance to specific standards</li><li>
Directs the movement of aircraft and vehicular traffic on the ramp and in and about the shops and hangars of the Company's facilities; properly secures all parked aircraft at all times, clean windshields, remove trash, perform lavatory service and check tire pressures as requested</li><li>
Drives and services fuel trucks and ground support vehicles, and services aircraft and ground support vehicles with fuel, oil, and all other supplies and materials which may be required by the aircraft or vehicle; responsible for operating and filling of fuel trucks; cleaning, servicing, operating, and performing minor maintenance to this equipment</li><li>
Use safety related equipment and provide de-icing service to aircraft when needed</li><li>
Performs grounds keeping and janitorial maintenance duties, drives snow plow and assist with snow removal as required</li><li>

<div>General Purpose of Job:
The Ground Service Equipment Mechanic is responsible for maintaining, inspecting, and repairing on various types of mechanical equipment and facilities.
Duties
<ul><li>Inspect, maintain, and repair ground services equipment used in the support of operations.</li><li>
Perform all scheduled preventative maintenance for GSE</li><li>
Independently perform basic diagnostic and troubleshooting procedures using test equipment, applicable manuals, and industry resources</li><li>
