Job description:Security guard is responsible for monitoring construction site gate and site cabins, as well as meeting and greeting visitors and staff, ensuring that the correct signing procedures are maintained.Maintaining a professional conduct while assisting customers, employees, visitors, and guests; and questioning and preventing any unauthorized access, as well as reporting of any suspicious persons, vehicles and/or packages.Controls all vehicles and visitors to the construction site; logs the listing of all vehicles, deliveries, and visitors on the construction site; as well as secure entrance during non-operating hours.Responsible for ensuring information is correctly communicated to the site supervisor; and providing security for building material stored on site.Patrolling the sites, monitoring all entry points, writing reports and logbook entries, as well as being always in complete uniform.Perform an inventory check on all the equipment at the beginning and end of their shift; prepare daily activity and incident reports; use flashlights, two-way radios, whistles, reflective security vest, pagers, and cell phones; and notify local police and/or fire departments when required. Security Guard-Vehicle Patroller

1. Daily Operations Management<ul><li>Supervise and coordinate the activities of cleaning staff across assigned locations.</li><li>Ensure all cleaning tasks (dusting, mopping, vacuuming, sanitizing, waste disposal) are completed as per schedule.</li><li>Prepare daily/weekly cleaning rosters and allocate work accordingly.</li><li>Conduct routine inspections to ensure cleanliness standards are met.</li></ul>2. Staff Supervision &amp; Training<ul><li>Monitor staff attendance, punctuality, grooming, and discipline.</li><li>Train new cleaners on cleaning techniques, chemicals, equipment usage, and safety practices.</li><li>Provide ongoing coaching to improve performance and maintain quality standards.</li><li>Report staff performance issues to the Soft Services Manager/HR.</li></ul>3. Quality Control<ul><li>Ensure compliance with health, hygiene, and safety standards.</li><li>Maintain checklists and inspection reports for all areas.</li><li>Address customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.</li><li>Implement quality improvement measures when required.</li></ul>4. Inventory &amp; Equipment Management<ul><li>Maintain stock levels of cleaning materials, tools, and chemicals.</li><li>Ensure proper use, storage, and handling of chemicals as per MSDS guidelines.</li><li>Coordinate with the storekeeper for replenishment of supplies.</li><li>Ensure all cleaning machines (scrubbers, vacuums, sweepers) are in good working condition.</li></ul>5. Reporting &amp; Documentation<ul><li>Prepare daily activity reports and submit them to the Supervisor/FM Manager.</li><li>Record absenteeism, overtime, and staff deployment changes.</li><li>Maintain incident reports, equipment checklists, and inspection logs.</li></ul>6. Coordination &amp; Communication<ul><li>Coordinate with clients, facility engineers, and other supervisors for smooth operations.</li><li>Attend site meetings and convey instructions to the cleaning team.</li><li>Communicate any site issues, maintenance needs, or safety hazards to the concerned department.</li></ul>7. Health &amp; Safety Compliance<ul><li>Ensure staff follow PPE requirements and safety protocols.</li><li>Conduct toolbox talks and safety briefings regularly.</li><li>Report accidents, hazards, or near-miss incidents immediately.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: AED4,000.00 per month

Cleaning Supervisor

. Business Generation &amp; Sales<ul><li>Identify and pursue new business opportunities across FM sectors (commercial, residential, industrial, hospitality, healthcare, etc.).</li><li>Conduct market research to analyze competitor activities, pricing, and potential clients.</li><li>Prepare and present sales pitches, company profiles, and FM capabilities to prospective clients.</li><li>Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline to meet monthly and annual targets.</li></ul>B. Client Relationship Management<ul><li>Maintain regular communication with existing clients to ensure service satisfaction.</li><li>Handle client inquiries, complaints, and feedback, coordinating with operations teams for resolutions.</li><li>Build long-term relationships with strategic clients and consultants.</li></ul>C. Tendering &amp; Proposal Preparation<ul><li>Review RFPs, RFQs, and tender documents for FM projects.</li><li>Coordinate with operations, procurement, and finance to prepare technical and commercial proposals.</li><li>Ensure accurate costing of manpower, materials, equipment, and subcontractors.</li><li>Submit bids on time and conduct post-tender clarifications.</li></ul>D. Contract &amp; Negotiation<ul><li>Conduct commercial negotiations with clients to finalize FM agreements.</li><li>Prepare contracts in coordination with legal and management.</li><li>Ensure all proposals comply with company policies and industry regulations.</li></ul>E. Coordination With Operations<ul><li>Work closely with FM operations teams (MEP, Soft Services, Civil, etc.) to understand service delivery capabilities.</li><li>Arrange site surveys for accurate scope and costing.</li><li>Support mobilization processes after contract award.</li></ul>F. Reporting &amp; Documentation<ul><li>Maintain records of all proposals, leads, and client interactions in CRM systems.</li><li>Prepare weekly/monthly sales performance reports.</li><li>Track market trends and provide business intelligence to management.</li></ul>3. Skills &amp; QualificationsTechnical &amp; Industry Skills<ul><li>Strong understanding of FM services (Hard FM, Soft FM, AMC contracts, manpower supply).</li><li>Good knowledge of UAE FM market, pricing, and competition.</li><li>Experience in tendering, estimation, and proposal writing.</li></ul>Sales &amp; Communication Skills<ul><li>Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.</li><li>Ability to build strong client relationships.</li><li>Strong proposal preparation, documentation, and analytical abilities.</li></ul>Education &amp; Experience<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field.</li><li>7&ndash;15 years relevant experience in Business Development within Facility Management.</li><li>UAE driving license (preferred).</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: AED15,000.00 - AED20,000.00 per month
