Job Summary</b><br>

<ul><li>Mainly responsible for conducting the initial reviews on bid documents while also focusing on developing relationships with those local organizations.
</li></ul>Essential Duties and Responsibilities<br>
<ul><li>Review and evaluate initial bid documents</li><li>Price in initial labor figures for operations and management reviews
</li><li>Assess cost effectiveness of products projects or services</li><li>Meet or exceed gross profit goals established and set by Management
</li><li>Proofread bid documents for any special requirements such as MBE/WBE bonds LD and present findings to management for review
</li><li>Collaborate with customers vendors and team members in other departments to discuss and formulate estimates while resolving issues as needed
</li><li>Prepare wrappers for submittals and ensure any associated documentation is included
</li><li>Proposal count to meet or exceed monthly expectations as established by management
</li><li>Prospecting via phone/in person with assigned prospects</li><li>Thoroughly understand RFP process

Education and/or Experience</b>

Sales Bid Estimator

The AVI-SPL Onsite Maintenance Technician will work in partnership with the Customer, management team, Global Helpdesk, and SIG teams to provide on premises support for AVI-SPL customers at customer site(s) with the end goals of delivering a world-class Customer Service experience.</div><div><b><br>
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:</b></div><ul><li>
Setup/breakdown of conference spaces to meet the customers event needs.</li><li>
Perform preventative maintenance task to help maintain customer spaces including but not
<br>
limited to: testing/repairing cables, testing/repairing various hardware components.</li><li>
 Clean various AV equipment including but not limited to: camera lenses, monitors and
<br>
equipment fans.</li><li>
Responsible for job site documentation as needed.</li><li>
 Perform support tasks in a timely and quality conscious manner including but not limited to:
<br>
meeting support, installing connectors, video/audio recording support.</li><li>
Work with internal/external teams in a professional manner that reflects the values of AVI-SPL.</li><li>
Provide client training as needed.</li><li>
Adhere to and understand local safety standards for all site duties.</li><li>
Setup, operate and troubleshoot various audio/video systems.</li><li>

 Perform systems drawing documentation by the use of CAD software and BIM for fabrication and installation of Audio Visual Systems<br>

Essential Duties and Responsibilities<br>

<ul><li>Develop and generate all necessary drawings for integrated AVI-SPL customer projects</li><li>Coordinate with Design Engineers Project Engineers and Project Managers to complete drawings accurately and timely</li><li>Provide high-level customer service to internal and external customers daily</li><li>Research components as needed to create an accurate depiction</li><li>Act as customer liaison in absence of the Senior CAD Technician</li><li>Utilize and test calibration of equipment</li><li>Responsible for contributing to job documentation as needed</li><li>Assist with projector and Screen Support Structure installations</li><li>Operate small and large scale office printers/plotters</li><li>Utilize labeling software for rack and field wiring purposes</li></ul><br>

Communicate any changes or requirements from ICC IT/Business with self (WDI team).</li><li>
