Onsite AV Support Technician II

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:</b></div><ul><li>
Build and lead an agile and responsive team responsible for any and all engineering, programming, and CAD inquiries</li><li>

The Network Engineer, Unified Communications is a member of AVI-SPL&rsquo;s Technology and Innovation organization, responsible for implementing, and supporting network infrastructure that enables Unified Communications and Collaboration (UCC) platforms.
</div><div>This role ensures reliable connectivity and optimal performance for digital media, digital signage, workplace experience solutions, and enterprise voice/video systems across global accounts.</div><div></div><div><br>
The position coordinates with internal stakeholders to plan, deploy, and manage network solutions supporting UCC strategies, including Cisco, Meraki, Microsoft Teams UCC and Voice, and network audio/video distribution and control platforms such as Crestron, DANTE and QSYS.</div><div></div><div><br>
The Network Engineer provides technical expertise and direct support to field engineers, systems designers, control system programmers (Crestron), and field technicians, assisting with troubleshooting, lifecycle management, and continuous improvement of network services.</div><div><br>

Understand and support global network capabilities for UCC platforms, assisting with licensing, design remediation, changes, and implementation processes for all global locations.</li><li>
Support configurations, deployments and enabling our teams to deploy and maintain Zoom, Google, Microsoft Teams UCC and Voice, Cisco, and other Cloud UCC solutions.</li><li>
Promote secure and reliable network configuration and practices.</li><li>
Collaborate in technical forums and watercooler meetings focused on network best practices for UCC platforms and AV distribution technologies.</li><li>
Troubleshoot network issues remotely for exotic AV / UC payloads and interconnections. Provide leadership to ensure business outcomes, user experience are minimally impacted.</li><li>
Continuous learning for Cisco, Meraki, Microsoft Teams, DANTE, QSYS, Crestron, Netgear, and other relevant platforms.</li><li>
Design, deploy, configure, and commission virtual server environments across on premise and cloud platforms including ESXi, AWS, Hyper V, and Nutanix to support UCC, AV, and enterprise systems.</li><li>
