<div>Patient Experience Coordinator - Contractor Only

Job Title: Patient Experience Coordinator

Classification: Part Time/1099 Contractor

Work Structure: Fully Remote

Hours/Shift: Mon-Fri + every other Saturday; 6.5 hours/day, between hours of 8am and 10pm ET

Team: Clinical Operations

Reporting to: Senior Manager, Cardiac Rehab

Location: United States

Compensation: $18-$21 per hour *(based upon level of experience)

We are seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Patient Experience Coordinator to provide exceptional support to our patients and providers to ensure sessions are completed without any issue. 


Responsibilities
<ul>
<li>Schedule patient sessions and provide reminders about upcoming sessions</li>
<li>Complete task tickets as assigned to ensure patient schedules are accurate</li>
</ul>
through the duration of their time with Aviary Health
<ul>
<li>Communicate with providers and other care team members about patient scheduling delays or changes</li>
<li>Engage with patients using chat system, email, video conference, and phone</li>
<li>Educate patient about program offerings and use of the Aviary Health app</li>
<li>Troubleshoot any session technical issues that may arise, this includes supporting patients in joining virtual Zoom sessions from a Aviary Health-issued device or the patient's personal device</li>
<li>Collect regular feedback from patients and share insights with the Operations Team</li></ul> 


Your Past Experience
<ul>
<li>1-3 years of customer support experience</li>
<li>Preferred 1+ years of healthcare experience</li>
<li>Tech support background</li>
<li>Experience with Android and Apple operating systems</li>
<li>Excellent verbal communication skills</li>
<li>Excellent writing skills</li>
<li>Patient scheduling</li>
<li>Excellent attention to detail</li>
<li>Organized; strong ability to prioritize work appropriately and manage time</li>
</ul>
Requirements
<ul>
<li>Quiet workspace with consistent, high-speed internet access</li>
<li>Reliable computer with headphones/headset if needed</li>
<li>Working, reliable cell phone line to make outgoing calls and receive incoming calls *(VOIP application will be provided)</li></ul>
