Clinic Based Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) &ndash; Position Overview</h2>
As a Clinic Based Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) at Aviation ABA Therapy, you'll provide direct 1:1 ABA therapy to children in a vibrant, team-oriented clinic &mdash; not alone in someone's home. You'll work under the supervision of a BCBA who's physically present and accessible, implement individualized treatment plans, and build meaningful skills with your clients in a space that's purpose-built for therapy.

Clinic Based Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) &ndash; Responsibilities</h2><ul><li>
Deliver direct 1:1 ABA therapy sessions in the clinic as directed by your supervising BCBA</li><li>
Implement skill-building programs using play-based and structured teaching methods (DTT, NET)</li><li>
Collect and record behavioral data electronically using tablets/iPads after each session</li><li>
Collaborate daily with fellow RBTs and your BCBA on client progress, session strategies, and problem-solving</li><li>
Participate in parent training sessions, team meetings, and generalization activities</li><li>
Assist with clinical assessments, materials preparation, and therapy session organization</li><li>
Follow individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs) and clinic safety protocols</li><li>
Maintain professional boundaries and uphold client confidentiality (HIPAA compliance)</li><li>
Step into lead therapist responsibilities when assigned</li></ul><h2 class="jobSectionHeader">
Clinic Based Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)</h2><h2 class="jobSectionHeader">
&ndash; Requirements</h2><ul><li>
Active RBT certification required (or willingness to obtain certification with company support)</li><li>
High school diploma or equivalent (required); college coursework in psychology, education, or related field (preferred)</li><li>
Reliable transportation to the clinic location in South Salt Lake</li><li>
Ability to kneel, squat, sit on the floor, and lift up to 25 lbs</li><li>
Comfortable using tablets and iPads for electronic data collection</li><li>
Strong communication and interpersonal skills</li><li>
Genuine passion for working with children with autism and developmental disabilities</li><li>
Eligible to work in the United States with a valid driver's license and insurance</li></ul><h2 class="jobSectionHeader">
