Corporate &amp; Secretarial Compliance<ul><li>Ensure compliance with the Companies Act, SEBI regulations, FEMA, and other applicable laws</li><li>Prepare, file, and maintain statutory returns, forms, and records with ROC and regulators</li><li>Maintain statutory registers, minutes books, and company records</li></ul>2. Board &amp; Shareholder Management<ul><li>Organize and manage Board Meetings, AGM, EGM, and committee meetings</li><li>Draft agendas, notices, resolutions, and minutes</li><li>Advise the Board on corporate governance and legal obligations</li></ul>3. Legal Advisory &amp; Representation<ul><li>Provide legal advice to management on corporate, commercial, and contractual matters</li><li>Draft, review, and vet contracts, agreements, MOUs, policies, and legal documents</li><li>Handle legal notices, replies, and represent the company before courts, tribunals, or authorities (where applicable)</li></ul>4. Corporate Governance &amp; Risk Management<ul><li>Ensure implementation of best governance practices</li><li>Identify legal and compliance risks and recommend preventive measures</li><li>Prepare compliance and risk reports for senior management</li></ul>5. Litigation &amp; Dispute Management<ul><li>Coordinate with external advocates and legal consultants</li><li>Manage litigation records, case tracking, and documentation</li><li>Support dispute resolution, arbitration, and settlement processes</li></ul>6. Regulatory &amp; Authority Liaison<ul><li>Liaise with ROC, SEBI, stock exchanges, RBI, and other statutory bodies</li><li>Ensure timely responses to regulatory queries and inspections</li></ul>7.
