Job DescriptionWe are looking for a dynamic and self-driven Sales &amp; Marketing Executive to promote our training programs to schools, colleges, coaching institutes, and educational partners. The role involves field visits, relationship building, and driving admissions for our training offerings.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Visit schools, colleges, institutes to promote and pitch training programs.</li><li>Build and maintain strong relationships with principals, department heads, and management teams.</li><li>Conduct presentations, seminars, and awareness sessions for students.</li><li>Achieve monthly and quarterly targets for student enrollments.</li><li>Identify new opportunities for partnerships, tie-ups, and outreach activities.</li><li>Plan and execute marketing campaigns, offline promotions, and lead-generation activities.</li><li>Prepare daily visit reports, follow-up details, and sales plans.</li><li>Represent the organization at education fairs, events, and exhibitions.</li></ul>Skills &amp; Qualifications<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree (any stream).</li><li>1&ndash;3 years of field sales/marketing experience preferred.</li><li>Experience in Education Sector is preferred.</li><li>Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.</li><li>Ability to work independently and meet targets.</li><li>Willingness to travel frequently to educational institutions.</li></ul>Salary &amp; Benefits<ul><li>Salary: &#8377; 25,000 - 30,000 per month + incentives</li><li>Performance-based incentives &amp; bonuses</li><li>Travel reimbursement</li><li>Career growth opportunities within the organization</li><li>Training and onboarding support</li></ul>Job Location<ul><li>Thane</li><li>Travel required within assigned region.</li></ul>Employment Type<ul><li>Full-time / Field role</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;25,000.00 - &#8377;30,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
