About the Role:We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Site Engineer (Civil) to manage and supervise ongoing construction projects. The candidate will be responsible for day-to-day site management, quality control, progress tracking, and ensuring that all work is completed safely, on time, and within budget.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Supervise daily construction activities at the site.</li><li>Ensure that all work is executed as per drawings, specifications, and quality standards.</li><li>Coordinate with contractors, laborers, and suppliers to maintain workflow.</li><li>Monitor material usage and site inventory.</li><li>Prepare daily/weekly progress reports.</li><li>Ensure adherence to safety standards and statutory regulations.</li><li>Assist in quantity estimation and billing.</li><li>Communicate effectively with project managers, architects, and consultants.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Qualification: B.Tech/B.E in Civil Engineering.</li><li>Experience: 7-10years</li><li>Skills Required:</li><li>Site supervision and execution</li><li>Knowledge of civil drawings and measurements</li><li>Familiar with construction materials and quality standards</li><li>Good communication and coordination skills</li><li>Basic computer and MS Office skills</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;35,000.00 - &#8377;40,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
