What You&rsquo;ll Do as an AVO TACO bartender, you&rsquo;ll:<ul><li>

Bring your positive, upbeat attitude to every shift &ndash; your energy sets the tone!</li><li>
Welcome guests with a friendly smile and help them choose the perfect drink or dish from our menu.</li><li>
Keep the bar stocked, organized, and sparkling clean while providing fast, attentive service.</li><li>
Ensure responsible service by following company guidelines for serving alcohol.</li><li>
Complete opening and closing duties to set the stage for a fun, smooth service.</li></ul>
Requirements:

Who We&rsquo;re Looking For:
Our perfect bartender is outgoing, upbeat, and knows how to work the crowd. You&rsquo;ll be the life of the party, mixing drinks, and spreading smiles, while keeping cool under pressure. If you thrive in a fast-paced, fun environment and love making people feel welcome, AVO TACO is the place for you!
What You Bring<ul><li>
At least 6 months of bartending experience and a passion for creating memorable guest experiences.</li><li>
A positive attitude and work ethic that can light up the room.</li><li>
The ability to lift 12 kg and complete the physical tasks of the job.</li><li>
Great multitasking skills with an eye for detail and follow-through.</li><li>
A sense of integrity and reliability &ndash; your team and guests can count on you!</li><li>
Strong organization skills and the flexibility to handle changing priorities.</li></ul>

$17.50 &ndash; $25.00 + per hour (including tips)
Base hourly rate meets or exceeds NY tipped minimum wage. Tips are earned in addition and vary by shift, volume, and experience
