What you'll be doing:</div>
As the Pricing &amp; Revenue Strategy Lead, you will design and execute strategies that drive revenue growth, profitability, and market competitiveness. You&rsquo;ll analyse market trends, consumer behaviour, and competitor pricing to make data-driven decisions that optimise pricing structures and promotional effectiveness. Acting as a key partner to cross-functional teams, you&rsquo;ll ensure pricing strategies align with business objectives and deliver measurable results.<div></div><div>
Key responsibilities:</div><div><ul><li>
Developing and implementing pricing and revenue growth strategies across Direct Selling, Retail &amp; Online channels.</li><li>
Leading annual pricing waves for inline and innovation portfolios, while maintaining pricing corridors in systems.</li><li>
Analysing data from multiple sources to identify opportunities and provide actionable insights.</li><li>
Building financial models and forecasts to support pricing decisions.</li><li>
Deploying global RGM playbooks locally and collaborating with global teams.</li><li>
Driving promotion management and evaluating ROI to optimise spend.</li><li>
Creating dashboards and governance tools to track performance and inform stakeholders.</li><li>
Coordinating with commercial and finance teams throughout planning and budgeting cycles.</li></ul><div></div><div>
What we're looking for:</div><ul><li>
A degree in Econometrics, Business, Finance, Engineering, Mathematics, or other quantitative fields.</li><li>
3&ndash;5 years of experience in pricing and revenue management roles, ideally in beauty or CPG.</li><li>
Strong analytical skills with proficiency in advanced Excel and BI tools.</li><li>
Ability to interpret complex data and make clear recommendations.</li><li>
Excellent collaboration and leadership skills to influence stakeholders at all levels.</li><li>
Knowledge of consumer, market, and shopper behaviours, plus experience with external insight data (e.g., Nielsen, Price Panorama).</li><li>
Familiarity with pricing software and retail scanning data.</li><li>
Fluent in English with strong communication and presentation skills.</li></ul></div><div></div><div>
