POSITION SUMMARY: 
The Senior Buyer manages procurement activities and ensure the timely acquisition of materials, products, and services necessary for manufacturing and operations. The Senior Buyer will be responsible for supplier negotiations, maintaining cost efficiency, and ensuring the highest quality standards. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong understanding of supply chain management, vendor relations, and procurement processes.
 
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: 
Essential Functions: 
<ul>
<li>Team Lead on the Procurement Team</li>
<li>Run MRP minimum 2 times a week</li>
<li>Buy, Cancel & Deferred and Expedited messages for your assigned Suppliers</li>
<li>Assistant with Purchase requests</li>
<li>Mentor and Train Team Members</li>
<li>Scorecard Management</li>
<li>Weekly/Bi-Weekly/Monthly meetings with Suppliers</li>
<li>Expedite with suppliers</li>
<li>Update Shortage Report for their supplier/components</li>
<li>Supply Chain lead in Production meetings</li>
<li>Set up new items by entering in buyer/vendor/safety stock/min/lead-times and pricing</li>
<li>Item master - Help maintain most update supplier data</li>
<li>Send quote requests</li>
<li>QC issue with suppliers will be managed in SAP - work with suppliers & QC to provide corrective actions when required</li>
<li>Work with receiving and suppliers on any receiving issues</li>
<li>Reconcile accounting issues and resolve discrepancies with quantity, pricing and on time payments</li>
<li>KPI’s</li>
<li>Work on strategic projects</li>
<li>Participate in leadership Projects</li>
<li>Qualifying new suppliers - Work with QC to qualify</li>
<li>Set up new suppliers in SAP</li>
<li>Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members.</li>
<li>Assist with additional tasks as needed</li>
</ul>
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: 
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field (required).
 
EDUCATION, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE: 
Education: 
<ul>
<li>Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field (required).</li>
<li>Certification in procurement or supply chain management (e.g., CPSM, CIPS) is a plus.</li>
</ul>
Skills
 <ul>
<li>Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.</li>
<li>Analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.</li>
<li>Proficiency in procurement and inventory management software (SAP experience preferred).</li>
<li>Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.</li>

Experience
 <ul>
<li>Minimum of 5-7 years’ experience in procurement preferably in manufacturing environment</li>
<li>Experience with SAP preferred but not required</li>
<li>Experience with developing and implementing procurement strategy</li>
</ul>
Proficiency in using MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word

POSITION SUMMARY: 
We are seeking a results-driven and customer-oriented National Customer Success Agent to manage and elevate the post-sale experience for key accounts across the U.S. This position requires proactive communication and coordination to provide timely updates on order status, notify customers of any changes and supply necessary documentation. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong communication, organizational, and follow-up skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally to address and resolve customer concerns efficiently. This role is based on-site at our Valley View office in Cleveland, Ohio, and supports the company’s commitment to delivering world-class customer service across all customer touchpoints.
 
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: 
<ul>
<li>Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers, acting as their primary point of contact post-sale. Manage customer service inquiries via email, chat, and phone, ensuring timely and professional responses.</li>
<li>Customer Advocacy: Act as an advocate for the customer internally, ensuring deadlines are met, products are delivered to specification, and commitments are fulfilled on time.</li>
<li>Customer Onboarding: Assist new customers in onboarding by guiding them through the setup, usage best practices, and support resources to ensure a smooth and successful start.</li>
<li>Order and Delivery Oversight: Monitor customer orders, coordinate with logistics and production, and ensure timely delivery and communication.</li>
<li>Issue Resolution: Handle and resolve customer complaints concerns in a timely and professional manner.</li>
<li>Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborate with engineering, technical support, logistics, and production teams to ensure customer needs are met and exceeded expectations.</li>
<li>Performance & Improvement: Execute on defined KPIs and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives aimed at maximizing service levels and customer experience</li>
<li>Documentation: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, issues, and resolutions</li>
</ul>
Additional Responsibilities: 
<ul>
<li>Participate in annual customer business review meetings</li>
<li>Expedites backorders and process customer returns.</li>
<li>Travel less than 5%</li>
</ul>

<li>Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university in a relevant field or equivalent level of experience is preferred</li>
<li>2-4 years of relevant inside sales or customer service experience</li>
<li>Proficient in Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)</li>
<li>Experience using SAP and CRMs systems a plus</li>
<li>Creative problem-solver with outstanding customer service skills</li>
