Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Assist the Project Manager in planning, coordinating, and executing civil engineering projects related to oil and gas facilities under ADNOC.</li><li>Support in developing and maintaining project schedules, budgets, resource plans, and progress reports.</li><li>Coordinate with internal departments, subcontractors, and ADNOC representatives to ensure smooth project execution.</li><li>Monitor project activities to ensure compliance with ADNOC&rsquo;s technical specifications, safety standards, and quality requirements.</li><li>Participate in project meetings, prepare documentation, and track action items for timely completion.</li><li>Conduct site inspections to verify work progress and adherence to approved drawings and project specifications.</li><li>Prepare and submit regular progress updates, reports, and documentation as required by ADNOC and company procedures.</li><li>Facilitate communication between the project team and ADNOC officials, ensuring timely resolution of issues.</li><li>Assist in procurement coordination, document control, and follow-up with vendors for project materials and approvals.</li></ul>Qualifications &amp; Experience:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Civil Engineering/Diploma in Civil or a related discipline.</li><li>Minimum 3 years of experience in civil or project coordination roles, with 2&ndash;3 years of direct experience assisting Project Managers in ADNOC projects.</li><li>Strong understanding of ADNOC project procedures, HSE requirements, and quality standards.</li><li>Proficiency in MS Office and project tracking tools.</li><li>Excellent organizational, multitasking, and communication skills.</li><li>Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.</li><li>WMS certification is an advantage.</li><li>Valid UAE driving license is an advantage.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timeAbility to commute/relocate:<ul><li>Habshan: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)</li></ul>Education:<ul><li>Diploma (Preferred)</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>ADNOC projects : 3 years (Required)</li></ul>
