To strengthen our team, we are seeking a skilled Quantity Surveyor (QS) &amp; Estimation Engineer who can handle both pre-contract and post-contract responsibilities.Job Responsibilities:<ul><li>Prepare cost estimates, BOQs, and tender documents as per project requirements.</li><li>Analyze project drawings and specifications to assess quantities and pricing.</li><li>Evaluate subcontractor and supplier quotations, prepare comparisons, and negotiate costs.</li><li>Monitor project budgets, cost control, and cash flow throughout the project lifecycle.</li><li>Prepare interim payment applications, variation claims, and final accounts.</li><li>Assist in contract administration and ensure compliance with contractual obligations.</li><li>Support tendering, bidding, and project execution with accurate cost data.</li><li>Liaise with project managers, site engineers, and clients to ensure smooth project operations.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.</li><li>Minimum 3&ndash;5 years of proven experience as QS and/or Estimation Engineer in the UAE.</li><li>Strong knowledge of construction methods, contracts, and industry standards.</li><li>Proficiency in MS Excel and estimation software.</li><li>Excellent numerical, analytical, and negotiation skills.</li><li>UAE driving license (required ).</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timeAbility to commute/relocate:<ul><li>Abu Dhabi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>QS and/or Estimation Engineer in the UAE: 3 years (Required)</li></ul>License/Certification:<ul><li>UAE Driving License (Required)</li></ul>
