If you wish to be a part of our Great Team, we invite you to join us.An int&rsquo;l Group of Companies based in Dubai specialized in:- Debt Management- Risk Management- Translation ServicesIs seeking an experienced Debt Collection OfficerJob Responsibilities:&middot; Collect outstanding debts on behalf of our clients and achieve the set collection target.&middot; Keep track of assigned accounts, and follow up consistently&middot; Work in an organized manner and follow all TAT process of collections&middot; Plan course of action to recover outstanding payments&middot; Locate and contact debtors to inquire of their payment status&middot; Negotiate payoff deadlines or payment plans&middot; Handle all enquiries and complaints&middot; Investigate and resolve discrepancies&middot; Create trust relationships with debtors when possible to avoid future issues&middot; Update account status and database regularly&middot; Alert superiors of debtors unwilling or unable to pay when necessary&middot; Comply with requirements when legal action is unavoidable&middot; Must have At Least 2 Years ExperiencedSkills and Requirements:&middot; Minimum Bachelor&rsquo;s degree&middot; Proven experience as debt collector&middot; Experience in working with targets and tight deadlines&middot; Knowledge of relevant legal requirements&middot; Working knowledge of MS Office and databases&middot; Excellent communication and people skills&middot; Apt in negotiating and persuading&middot; Ability to be polite and compassionate without lacking confidence&middot; Self-motivated, fast learner and provide creative strategies and gel with the teamPlease send us your resume to: career at alwadiholding dot com quoting the reference in &ldquo;DC2025&rdquo;.Job Type: Full-timePay: From AED4,000.00 per monthAbility to commute/relocate:<ul><li>Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)</li></ul>
