</b></p><p>To carry out Electrical and Electronics repairs on customer vehicles using advanced diagnostic tools, working across a wide range of Standard Business and Infiniti models, in line with approved standards and guidelines

</b></p><ul><li><p>Achieve assigned targets for Sold Hours, Efficiency, Productivity, and Overall Utilisation
</p></li></ul><p><b>Strategic Implementation
</b></p><ul><li><p>Perform electrical and electronic subsystem repairs within the defined scope of work using advanced diagnostic tools, standard service procedures, wiring diagrams, and manufacturer guidelines
</p></li><li><p>Accurately record additional repairs and recommendations using the E-Estimate digital application and update the Team Leader accordingly
</p></li><li><p>Receive and review repair orders from the Team Leader, ensuring a clear understanding of the scope of work
</p></li><li><p>Review vehicle service history and identify any applicable recall campaigns
</p></li><li><p>Carry out authorised repairs as agreed and notify the Team Leader of any additional findings
</p></li><li><p>Perform software updates on subsystems as per manufacturer recommendations
</p></li><li><p>Demonstrate strong manual dexterity, technical expertise, mechanical aptitude, and advanced computer skills
</p></li><li><p>Take full ownership of assigned tasks, working with minimal supervision and demonstrating effective self-management
</p></li><li><p>Adhere to quality control inspection processes to prevent or rectify workmanship that does not meet required standards

</b></p><ul><li><p>Handle customers&rsquo; vehicles with the utmost care and ensure safe working practices at all times

</b></p><ul><li><p>Maintain a clean and organised work area and ensure both personal and workshop tools are kept in good condition
</p></li><li><p>Participate in Training Needs Assessments conducted by the Training Academy and continuously enhance technical skills through Standard Business training programmes
</p></li><li><p>Read and interpret complex documentation, including safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, repair manuals, and wiring diagrams
</p></li></ul><p><b>Policies, Procedures and Corporate Governance
</b></p><ul><li><p>For warranty repairs, follow standard guidelines, tag replaced parts appropriately, and submit them to the centralised warranty store
</p></li><li><p>Carry out recall campaigns (eg airbag replacements) in accordance with standard guidelines
</p></li><li><p>Perform diagnosis and repairs on air-conditioning systems as per standard service procedures
</p></li><li><p>Ensure full compliance with F1 standards and all applicable guidelines
</p></li><li><p>Strictly adhere to HSE protocols and SOPs, ensuring proper use of safety equipment for personal safety, equipment safety, and customer vehicle protection
</p></li></ul><p><b>Educational Qualifications
</b></p><ul><li><p>2-year ITI (NCVT Certificate) <b>or
</b></p></li><li><p>3-year Diploma in Automobile or Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent
</p></li></ul><p><b>Work Experience
</b></p><ul><li><p>Minimum of 5 years&rsquo; experience in an automotive dealership environment
</p></li><li><p>At least 2 years&rsquo; experience in an Automotive Electrician role
</p></li></ul><p><b>Competencies
</b></p><ul><li><p>Physical fitness to carry out repair work (manual dexterity)
</p></li><li><p>Strong computer skills
</p></li></ul><p><b>Languages

Technician - Electrical

<p></p><div><ul><li><p>Coordinate with the software engineering team and QA to successfully test and verify the functionality using agile methodology within deadlines
</p></li><li><p>Ensure business processes as per the originally defined scope Suggest and make necessary to improve process flow for further development
</p></li><li><p>Identify the user rights, hierarchies and Department functions and assign the roles &amp; permission
</p></li><li><p>Create and maintain daily tasks for a back-end system to update the required fields in the front-end application
</p></li><li><p>Responsible for escalating any troubleshooting in front &amp; back-end applications to the relevant Department and ensuring that the issue is resolved promptly
</p></li><li><p>Coordinating with CX and the Receivable team to ensure all parties are utilizing the system effectively
</p></li><li><p>Responsible for training on the application to suppliers and internal team members
</p></li><li><p>Maintain the vendor panels (Update inventory, Pricing, promotions, invoicing upload) with the relevant supplier
</p></li><li><p>Engage with the suppliers to understand their challenges related to the application and resolve them on top priority
</p></li><li><p>Managing the Vendor invoices panel, such as invoice upload and verifying invoices<br>
</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>Educational Qualification:
</b></p>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree with 3-4 years in back-end panel<br>
