Project Engineers oversee signage projects from concept to completion. The individual should have a strong understanding of the signage industry, excellent project management skills, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Manage signage projects from concept to completion, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery</li><li>Coordinate with clients, designers, fabricators, and installers to ensure project requirements are met</li><li>Develop and manage project plans, schedules, and budgets</li><li>Identify and mitigate project risks and issues</li><li>Ensure quality control and assurance throughout the project lifecycle</li><li>Collaborate with sales and account management teams to identify new sales opportunities</li><li>Stay up-to-date with industry developments and technological advancements</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>3+ years of experience in project management in the signage industry</li></ul>Additional but not mandatory:<ul><li>Experience with digital signage, LED displays, or other related technologies</li><li>Knowledge of graphic design, printing, or fabrication processes</li><li>Experience with project management tools and software (e.g., Asana, Trello, MS Project)</li><li>Strong understanding of signage manufacturing processes and materials</li><li>Excellent project management, leadership, and communication skills</li><li>Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously</li><li>Strong problem-solving and analytical skills</li><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in engineering, or related field</li></ul>Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):<ul><li>Project completion rate and timeliness</li><li>Client satisfaction and retention rates</li><li>Project budget management and cost control</li><li>Quality control and assurance ratings</li><li>Team performance and collaboration ratings</li></ul>Skills:<ul><li>Project management and planning</li><li>Leadership and team management</li><li>Communication and stakeholder management</li><li>Risk management and problem-solving</li><li>Quality control and assurance</li><li>Time management and organization</li><li>Budgeting and cost management</li></ul>Work Location: In person
