In this crucial role, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient growth of our main revenue streams. Your expertise will play a pivotal role in our company success.Job Description :&#61623; Business Development:<ul><li>Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the freight forwarding industry.</li><li>Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base.</li><li>Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.</li></ul>&#61623; Client Relationship Management:<ul><li>Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, including importers, exporters, and third-party logistics providers.</li><li>Provide clients with tailored solutions that meet their logistics and freight forwarding needs.</li><li>Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.</li></ul>&#61623; Experience:<ul><li>Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales or business development within the freight forwarding or logistics industry.</li><li>Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.</li></ul>&#61623; Skills:<ul><li>Strong knowledge of international freight forwarding, logistics, and supply chain management.</li><li>Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.</li><li>Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.</li><li>Strategic thinking with the ability to develop and implement effective sales plans.</li><li>Proficiency in using CRM software and MS Office suite.</li></ul>&#61623; Personal Attributes:<ul><li>Self-motivated and results-oriented.</li><li>Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively.</li><li>Ability to work independently and as part of a team.</li><li>Strong organizational and time-management skills.</li></ul>Salary: As per Industry.Locations: PAN India.Note: References will be highly appreciated.Job Type: Full-timePay: Up to &#8377;2,500,000.00 per yearBenefits:<ul><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Application Question(s):<ul><li>Can you tell us about any skills or experience you have that might be helpful in this job?</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>Freight Forwarding Sales: 5 years (Required)</li></ul>License/Certification:<ul><li>Driving Licence (Required)</li></ul>
