About the PositionPosition Training Begins Mid March Awbrey Glen Golf Club is looking for a motivated and service-oriented Turn Bar Bartender &amp; Attendant to oversee our snack bar/turn bar operations. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys a fast-paced environment, engaging with members, and maintaining a clean, well-stocked, and organized space.You&rsquo;ll be responsible for bartending, preparing sandwiches, stocking inventory, cleaning, and ensuring our members receive top-tier service.Key Responsibilities:Bartending &ndash; Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including classic and signature cocktails. Food Prep &ndash; Make and serve quick-service food items like sandwiches, wraps, and snacks. Cleaning &amp; Organizing &ndash; Keep the bar, food station, and service areas clean, organized, and fully stocked. Stocking &amp; Inventory &ndash; Monitor and restock beverages, snacks, and supplies to ensure smooth daily operations. Product Inventory &ndash; Track usage, assist with ordering, and communicate stock needs to management. Customer Service &ndash; Provide friendly and efficient service to members and guests, creating a welcoming atmosphere. POS Operations &ndash; Handle transactions and operate the point-of-sale system efficiently. Compliance &ndash; Ensure adherence to OLCC liquor laws, food safety regulations, and club policies.What We&rsquo;re Looking For:Bartending experience (OLCC permit required or ability to obtain one). Food handling experience (Oregon Food Handler&rsquo;s card required or ability to obtain one). Ability to work independently and stay organized in a fast-paced setting. Strong attention to detail to keep the space clean, stocked, and running smoothly. Friendly, professional demeanor and excellent customer service skills.
