 Looking for a well-experienced Manager Project Management for Office Fit-out &amp; Maintenance.
 
 
 
 Responsibilities
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Project Planning &amp; Execution
 </li>
 <li>
 Well versed with planning tools and software
 </li>
 <li>
 Hands-on experience with project planning and tracking modules and software
 </li>
 <li>
 Review drawings, planning, and tracking day-to-day interior &amp; furnishing works of contractors
 </li>
 <li>
 Advise PM on interior design factors such as space planning, layout and utilization of furnishings or equipment, and color coordination
 </li>
 <li>
 Handle multiple projects at a time
 </li>
 <li>
 Knowledge of BOQ
 </li>
 <li>
 Monitor other project in-charges
 </li>
 <li>
 Delegate work to the Project in-charges
 </li>
 <li>
 Monitor installation and arrangement of carpeting, accessories, paint and glass partition, art work, furniture, and related items
 </li>
 <li>
 Monitor and control quality of work and inspect material delivered at the site
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure timely delivery of project completion within budget
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 Desired Skills and Expertise:
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 BE/B Tech in Civil Engineering/ Architect/ MBA in project management is a must
 </li>
 <li>
 This position requires detail orientation, a process-driven approach, quick problem-solving skills, and excellent interpersonal and communication skills
 </li>
 <li>
 A project management professional with a minimum of 3 years of experience in the office interior fit-out industry
 </li>
 <li>
 Relevant experience in managing corporate/workplace interior fit-out projects
 </li>
 <li>
 Knowledge of individual trades and subcontractors relevant to interior fit-outs
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to work in a fast-paced environment without compromising on quality and customer satisfaction
