We're currently seeking a <b>dedicated and organized Property Manager</b> to oversee 2 /40-unit apartment communities next to eachother<b> in Blythe, CA one senior complex the other family unit </b>. If you enjoy building strong resident relationships, maintaining high community standards, and working in a collaborative team environment, we'd love to hear from you.</p>
<p>
Experience in <b>affordable housing programs such as RD, HUD, or LIHTC</b> is strongly preferred.</p>
<p><b>
What You'll Do</b></p>
<p>
As the Property Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of the community while ensuring residents receive excellent service and the property is maintained to AWI's high standards.</p>
<p>
Key responsibilities include:</p>
<ul><li>
Managing all aspects of the assigned property's daily operations</li><li>
Processing applications, screening applicants, and verifying landlord references</li><li>
Preparing leases, house rules, and required documentation</li><li>
Managing tenant certifications and re-certifications</li><li>
Conducting move-ins and move-outs</li><li>
Collecting rent and security deposits</li><li>
Enforcing lease agreements and community policies</li><li>
Coordinating maintenance and ensuring property standards are met</li><li>
Maintaining strong curb appeal and property presentation</li><li>
Marketing and advertising vacant units to attract qualified residents</li><li>
Responding appropriately to emergency situations</li><li>
Following company policies and procedures</li></ul><br>

Professionalism and strong listening skills</li><li>
Ability to follow written and verbal instructions</li><li>
Ability to maintain positive relationships with tenants, vendors, and corporate staff</li></ul>
