All works from start till end of an interior fit-out project<ul><li>14 to 18 Years of Experience in Corporate Interior Fit out office Space &amp; Banks</li><li>Material &amp; Manpower management</li><li>Preparing planning &amp; scheduling for the project</li><li>Forecasting project completion dates</li><li>Project management</li><li>Knowledge of Latest Construction techniques &amp; equipments</li><li>Fully responsible for Site execution work .</li><li>Ability to handle multiple projects as per requirement</li><li>Responsible to deal with the results of delays or emergencies at site, and ensure that proper procedures are being carried out at work</li><li>Project/Site meetings with Internal team for effective co-ordination &amp; planning on work progress</li><li>Site Co-ordinations with supervisors, vendors &amp; PMC's</li><li>On time Completion of the project as per project Schedule</li><li>After sales, service coordination with clients.</li><li>Attending client &amp; Internal weekly progress review meeting</li><li>Ensure all HSE &amp; QC norms are maintained at site</li><li>Day to Day problem solving</li><li>Quick decision making and pressure taking abilities</li><li>Determining the scope of projects via consultation and investigation.</li><li>Analyzing the strengths, weaknesses, and risks of existing project plans, as well as recommending improvements.</li><li>Identifying project parameters and specifications.</li><li>Performing cost calculations and coordinating budgets with financial departments.</li><li>Allocating personnel and resources to project tasks.</li><li>Collaborating across departments to set realistic project targets and timeframes.</li><li>Providing guidance and monitoring the progress made with each project stage.</li><li>Facilitating suitable interventions to prevent costly delays.</li><li>Presenting project progress updates to senior executives.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: ₹530,221.32 - ₹1,722,021.36 per yearExperience:<ul><li>Interior Fitout: 10 years (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
