Safety Sensitive Position 
Job Description 
Responsibilities:<ul><li>
Set up safe work zones with proper equipment.</li><li>
Communicate with your crew to keep everyone safe.</li><li>
Control traffic flow.</li><li>
Providing outstanding service and protection to customers</li><li>
Receive continuous development and guidance.</li><li>
Protect the company&rsquo;s employees, customers, and assets against losses, injuries, and accidents through enforcement of safe work practices.</li><li>
Develop relationships with internal and external customers to achieve goals and new business opportunities.</li><li>
Become a subject matter expert in work zone setup/design and professional flagging.</li><li>
Setting up safe work zones with proper equipment</li><li>
Communicating with your crew to keep everyone safe.</li><li>
Controlling traffic flow</li><li>
Providing outstanding service and protection to customers</li><li>
Receiving continuous development and guidance</li><li>
Other duties as assigned.</li></ul> 

Qualifications 
<ul><li>
Previous experience in an outdoor labor setting, i.e., Traffic Control, Landscaping, Manufacturing, Construction, Utilities, Military, or Skilled Operator</li><li>
2+ Years Traffic Control Experience / ATSSA Certificate</li><li>
TMA Driver</li><li>
TCS Certification Preferred</li><li>
Familiarity with a client-based schedule</li><li>
Valid state driver's license</li><li>
Steel Toed or Composite Toed Boots</li><li>
Comfortable standing 8-12 hours a day</li><li>
Ability to lift 50-60 lbs.</li><li>
Accustomed to working in all types of weather, and in traffic.</li><li>
Must be able to pass pre-employment screening including a drug test.</li></ul>

Competitive Hourly Pay: $18.00<div></div>
