Brand &amp; Product Management<ul><li>Lead end-to-end brand management for the brand across all Company sales channels (Retail, Wholesale, E-Commerce, Export, Corporate, Organised Retail)</li></ul><ul><li>Develop and execute brand strategy, positioning, and product roadmap aligned with Company revenue targets</li></ul><ul><li>Manage full product lifecycle from concept ideation to launch, pricing, and phase-out</li></ul><ul><li>Oversee product packaging, branding, compliance, and certification requirements</li></ul>B. OEM / White-Label Manufacturing<ul><li>Identify, evaluate, and manage OEM/ODM manufacturer relationships (primarily China-based suppliers)</li></ul><ul><li>Negotiate pricing, MOQs, production timelines, and quality standards with manufacturers</li></ul><ul><li>Execute white-label and private-label strategies, ensuring consistent product quality and brand identity</li></ul><ul><li>Coordinate with manufacturers on product customization, new SKU development, and sample approvals</li></ul><ul><li>Manage import logistics, customs documentation, and supply chain coordination</li></ul>C. Sales &amp; Revenue Growth<ul><li>Develop and implement sales strategies to grow the brand revenue in UAE domestic market and export territories</li></ul><ul><li>Build and manage export pipelines across GCC, Africa, CIS, and other emerging markets</li></ul><ul><li>Coordinate with COMPANY sales teams to drive sell-through across all channels</li></ul><ul><li>Manage product P&amp;L, pricing strategy, and margin optimization to meet GP targets</li></ul><ul><li>Identify new market opportunities, distribution partnerships, and white-label client opportunities</li></ul>D. Marketing &amp; Go-To-Market<ul><li>Coordinate with the marketing team on product launches, campaigns, catalog development, and digital presence</li></ul><ul><li>Represent the brand at trade shows, exhibitions (e.g., CABSAT, GITEX), and industry events</li></ul><ul><li>Develop sales collateral, product datasheets, and training materials for internal sales teams</li></ul>E. Analytics &amp; Reporting<ul><li>Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to identify growth opportunities</li></ul><ul><li>Provide regular reports on brand performance, sales pipeline, inventory health, and market intelligence</li></ul><ul><li>Track and report on key KPIs including revenue, GP, market share, and channel performance</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: AED10,000.00 - AED15,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
