 We are a Software Company looking to expand our digital team by hiring a highly creative and skilled Social Media Specialist to lead the company&rsquo;s online presence across platforms and drive authentic, organic growth.
 
 
 You will work closely with cross-functional teams to create strategic content, build a consistent brand identity, and manage communication with target audiences.
 
 
 The ideal candidate combines strong content creation skills with platform expertise, has knowledge of software and hardware, and a results-driven mindset.
 
 
 
 
 
 Key Responsibilities:
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Content Creation &amp; Management
 </li>
 <li>
 Write various types of content: social media posts, ads, website copy, company profiles, and simple articles.
 </li>
 <li>
 Create engaging formats: Reels, Carousels, Threads, Polls, Stories.
 </li>
 <li>
 Design visuals using Canva or coordinate with a designer.
 </li>
 <li>
 Build and manage a monthly content calendar.
 </li>
 <li>
 Platform &amp; Account Management
 </li>
 <li>
 Create and manage business accounts on: Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), and Google Business Profile.
 </li>
 <li>
 Set up bios, links, profile assets, and CTAs as needed.
 </li>
 <li>
 Engagement &amp; Organic Growth
 </li>
 <li>
 Schedule posts using Meta Suite, Buffer, or similar tools.
 </li>
 <li>
 Respond to comments and direct messages.
 </li>
 <li>
 Execute growth strategies (follow/unfollow, outreach, community interaction).
 </li>
 <li>
 Drive consistent, unpaid audience growth.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strategy &amp; Consistency
 </li>
 <li>
 Align content across platforms while adapting style per channel.
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain a unified brand voice and identity.
 </li>
 <li>
 Analytics &amp; Reporting
 </li>
 <li>
 Prepare weekly performance reports, including:
 </li>
 <li>
 &bull; Follower growth
 </li>
 <li>
 &bull; Engagement rate
 </li>
 <li>
 &bull; Top-performing posts
 </li>
 <li>
 &bull; Recommendations for improvement
 </li>
 <li>
 Platform Expansion
 </li>
 <li>
 Explore new or regional platforms based on campaign goals or audience relevance (e.g., TikTok, Snapchat, Gulf/African platforms).
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 Required Qualifications:
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Minimum 1 year of experience in social media management.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong writing skills in both Arabic and English.
 </li>
 <li>
 Familiarity with scheduling tools (e.g., Meta Suite, Buffer) and basic analytics.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to manage multiple platforms with creativity and consistency.
 </li>
 <li>
 Energetic, organized, self-motivated, and up to date with digital trends.
 </li>
 <li>
 Knowledge in software and hardware, or proven interest in IT-related fields.
 </li>
