Job summary:Assistant Manager Sales will be responsible for driving sales and business development initiatives for AWTIL within the corporate &amp; Retail sector. This role will involve identifying and cultivating relationships with corporate and retail clients, promoting the company's investment products and services, and achieving sales targets.<ul><li>Exhibit behavior with consistent work ethics, attitude, and professionalism</li><li>Develop and implement sales strategies to target corporate clients and expand the company's client base.</li><li>Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the corporate/retail sector to drive revenue growth.</li><li>Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate/retail clients, understanding their investment needs and providing tailored solutions.</li><li>Promote the company's investment products and services to corporate clients through presentations, meetings, and networking events.</li><li>Collaborate with internal teams, including investment professionals and marketing, to ensure alignment of sales strategies with client needs.</li><li>Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for business growth.</li><li>Prepare sales reports and forecasts, tracking progress towards sales targets and goals.</li><li>To carry out any other assignment(s) given from time to time by Head of Sales</li></ul>Job Requirements:<ul><li>Preferably Master&rsquo;s degree in Finance/Accounts/Business Administration or equivalent.</li><li>At Least 3 Years of Experience is Sales/Business Development for an AMC</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: From Rs80,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
