<div>We are seeking an experienced Supply Chain Manager to oversee all aspects of our supply chain operations across the APAC region (excluding India and China). This role will directly support the Mobility, Refinish, and Industrial business units, driving end-to-end supply chain strategy and execution, including planning, logistics, warehousing, and distribution. The Manager will ensure operational excellence, cost efficiency, and compliance while aligning with global standards and business unit requirements. This role reports to the VP, Global Strategic Supply Chain.<h3 class="jobSectionHeader">
Key Responsibilities</h3>
Strategic Supply Chain Leadership<ul><li>
Develop and execute the supply chain strategy for APAC (Ex-India, Ex-China) to support the growth and operational goals of the Mobility, Refinish, and Industrial business units.</li><li>
Provide leadership across planning, logistics, and warehousing, ensuring full integration of supply chain activities with commercial and manufacturing operations.</li><li>
Champion continuous improvement, automation, and digitalization initiatives to strengthen regional supply chain capabilities.</li></ul>
Planning &amp; Forecasting<ul><li>
Lead demand and supply planning processes to ensure product availability while optimizing working capital.</li><li>
Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Finance within each business unit to improve forecast accuracy and align production and distribution with customer demand.</li><li>
Monitor KPIs and drive corrective actions to enhance forecast reliability and execution.</li></ul>
Logistics &amp; Transportation<ul><li>
Oversee regional logistics operations (domestic and cross-border), ensuring service excellence, regulatory compliance, and cost efficiency.</li><li>
Manage logistics service providers (3PL/4PL) to meet diverse business unit needs.</li><li>
Optimize transportation network design for speed, reliability, and sustainability across the APAC region.</li></ul>
Warehousing &amp; Distribution<ul><li>
Manage warehouse strategy and operations to ensure scalability, efficiency, and service excellence.</li><li>
Drive process optimization, automation, and best-in-class warehouse management practices.</li><li>
Ensure accurate inventory management and timely customer delivery across the region.</li></ul>
Operational Excellence &amp; Compliance<ul><li>
Establish and track KPIs across all supply chain functions to ensure performance, accountability, and continuous improvement.</li><li>
Ensure compliance with regional trade regulations, customs requirements, safety standards, and company policies.</li><li>
Lead cost-reduction initiatives without compromising service or quality.</li></ul>
Team Leadership &amp; Collaboration<ul><li>
Build, develop, and inspire a high-performing regional supply chain team.</li><li>
Collaborate cross-functionally with manufacturing, procurement, quality, finance, and global supply chain leadership.</li><li>
Serve as the primary supply chain partner for business unit leaders in Mobility, Refinish, and Industrial segments across APAC.</li></ul><h3 class="jobSectionHeader">
Qualifications</h3><ul><li>
Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, or a related field; Master&rsquo;s degree preferred.</li><li>
5+ years of progressive supply chain experience within the APAC region, covering planning, logistics, and warehousing.</li><li>
Proven ability to support multiple business units with diverse product and service requirements.</li><li>
Strong understanding of regional logistics networks, trade compliance, and distribution infrastructure.</li><li>
Experience managing 3PLs, optimizing networks, and improving the cost/service balance.</li><li>
Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP or equivalent) and advanced planning/analytics tools.</li><li>

We are currently looking for SAP Controlling IT Expert to join our global organization, where you will be working on a full-remote basis.
The candidate must ensure, that Axalta&rsquo;s SAP Finance/Controlling processes are globally consistent, productive, effective, and legally compliant. The expert is a central conduit for the FIN IT platform into Corporate &amp; Regional Finance and influence corporate SAP directions and development on Axalta Corporate and the region's behalf. This role is a member of the Finance IT Team and will participate in the SAP ERP support organization. This role will specifically provide strong SAP technical leadership for Finance/Controlling to the businesses and operations. This role is a key member of the FIN IT team, being responsible for leading SAP skills development and support.
The role will represent the functional Finance/Controlling advisory and accounting teams on the ERP FIN architecture team and be responsible for overall architecture decisions and solution design on behalf of the Axalta business. This role will lead small and medium size SAP expansion on value-add projects and help to drive efforts to stabilize and refine the SAP Finance/Controlling solutions. Preserve data integrity and adherence to corporate standards. Ensure the continued technical Finance/Controlling stewardship, integration, and functionality of legacy information systems.
Key responsibilities:<ul><li>
Provide strong SAP Finance process and technical leadership to the Finance and Controlling functions and users.</li><li>
Lead the SAP Finance/Controlling function with responsibility to ensure that business requirements are translated successfully into SAP S4 system.<ul><li>
This includes the responsibility for SAP FIN architecture and solution design</li><li>
Collaborate with and guide the Finance/Controlling Function users in terms of turning their business requirements into the best possible SAP solution.</li></ul></li><li>
Lead and participate on small / medium sized SAP expansion or value-add projects</li><li>
Manage and assist with ongoing SAP stabilization and enhancement tasks</li><li>
Preserve SAP data integrity and ensure adherence to corporate standards.</li><li>
Collaborate with regional leaders and SAP FIN IT network, to implement functionally integrated solutions enabling business &amp; tax initiatives. Drive business &amp; tax process improvements, value capture and supply chain transformation efforts.</li><li>
Support routine audits, to gather master &amp; transactional data from other FIN IT Applications.</li><li>
Facilitate the integration of new acquisitions or functionality including helping to translate business requirements into specifications for technical completion; ensure that all legal and financial control requirements are met.</li><li>

Train Finance/Controlling, Finance, and IT teams in terms of SAP FIN skills and processes.</li></ul>
Key requirements:<ul><li>
10+ Years of relevant SAP Finance Experience and expert skill set</li><li>
5+ years of leading / managing an SAP FIN function and / or team</li><li>
Involvement on 1 or more SAP Implementations desirable</li><li>
Technical proficiency in SAP Finance/Controlling &ndash; Product Costing, Material Ledger, Transfer Pricing, COPA, PCA, CCA and Intercompany</li><li>
Extensive experience in supporting medium-to-large-scale SAP ERP systems and processes.</li><li>
Extensive integration experience with OTC, EWM, TM, Manufacturing And RTP</li><li>
Knowledge of S4 HANA required.</li></ul>
