We are currently looking for a Sourcing Specialist Site Materials Americas to join us at our facility in Glen Mills or Philadephia, PA (Hybrid - 3 days in office).</div><div> 
Responsibilities<ul><li>
Responsible for overseeing Site Materials projects, and consolidating Maintenance, Repair, and Operations (MRO) suppliers</li><li>
Collaborate closely with Business Units, Operations, Technology, and project managers to understand site materials project requirements, timeline and budget constraints</li><li>
Close collaboration with internal stakeholders to determine current and future sourcing needs to make sure purchase(s) are made based on Funds approval</li><li>
Negotiate and implement supply agreements to balance quality, service, risk and value.</li><li>
Conduct quarterly review of the preferred supplier list with stakeholder</li><li>
Identify YoY savings opportunities for the site materials categories</li><li>
Identify cost-savings opportunities and implement strategies to optimize site materials spending while maintaining project quality and timeline</li><li>
Negotiate contracts and terms with suppliers to ensure competitive pricing, favorable payment terms</li><li>
Coordinate with legal to review and finalize contracts, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations</li><li>
Ensure strict adherence to the company&rsquo;s procurement process, policies and compliance requirements throughout all purchasing activities</li></ul>
Skills and Requirements
<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in business, Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering or a related field</li><li>
2 or more years' experience in procurement or purchasing in an industrial company, preferably in an MRO focused role</li><li>
Fluent spoken and written English. Additional language skills a plus, particularly Spanish</li><li>
Proficient knowledge of the source-to-contract Procurement process</li><li>
Experienced in Procurement e-sourcing-tools.</li><li>
Proficiency in contract negotiation, vendor management, and communication skills</li><li>
Partnering with senior-level leaders and stakeholders in a matrix organization</li><li>
Strong analytical skills and creative problem-solving capability</li><li>
Self-motivated, service-oriented &ldquo;Can do &ndash; Will do&rdquo; mindset and attitude</li><li>
Detail oriented with good organizational and time management skills</li><li>
Analytics mindset with the ability to identify cost saving opportunities and drive process improvement</li><li>
Ability to travel approx. 20%, including potential international travel</li></ul></div><div>
