We&rsquo;re looking for a fast, sharp, and resourceful Digital Graphic Designer who understands how to balance creativity with speed. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can produce high-quality designs under tight deadlines.Responsibilities<ul><li>Create digital content (ads, social media posts, banners, landing page assets, etc.) quickly while maintaining brand consistency</li><li>Transform creative briefs into engaging visuals on short timelines</li><li>Collaborate with marketing and content teams to develop design concepts</li><li>Optimize designs for different formats (4:5, 1:1, 9:16, etc.) and platforms</li><li>Manage multiple design tasks simultaneously while meeting deadlines</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Proven experience as a graphic designer (portfolio required)</li><li>Strong skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or equivalent tools</li><li>Ability to produce eye-catching designs fast without sacrificing quality</li><li>Understanding of layout, typography, and visual hierarchy for digital media</li><li>Excellent time management and communication skills</li><li>Ability to adapt to feedback quickly and deliver fast iterations</li></ul>Nice to Have<ul><li>Experience in performance marketing or social media advertising</li><li>Motion design skills (After Effects or similar)</li><li>Familiarity with Figma or Canva for quick layouts</li></ul>What We Value<ul><li>Speed with intention &mdash; you know when to push for quality and when to push for delivery</li><li>Creative discipline &mdash; your designs are simple, clear, and effective</li><li>Problem-solving mindset &mdash; you find quick visual solutions under pressure</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: From E&pound;20,000.00 per month
