<p>We are looking for a capable resource to coordinate ranging from simple activities to more complex plans. This role will provide onsite/ on-call assistance to end-users within the organization&rsquo;s desktop computing environment in a timely and accurate fashion to ensure optimal service delivery.</p>
<h2 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>Key Responsibilities:</b></h2>
<ul><li>Provide first- and second-level support for desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices.</li>
<li>Respond to service requests and incidents via ticketing system, phone, or in-person.</li>
<li>Install, upgrade, and maintain operating systems (Windows/macOS/Linux) and software applications.</li>
<li>Troubleshoot hardware, software, and peripheral issues (monitors, keyboards, docking stations, etc.).</li>
<li>Set up and configure new employee workstations, including user accounts and permissions.</li>
<li>Maintain asset inventory and ensure accurate documentation of IT equipment.</li>
<li>Assist with onboarding/offboarding of employees from a technical perspective.</li>
<li>Support remote users with VPN, remote desktop, and connectivity issues.</li>
<li>Collaborate with other IT teams on escalated issues or project-related tasks.</li>
<li>Follow security protocols and assist with antivirus, patching, and data protection policies.</li>
</ul><h2 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>Qualifications Required:</b></h2>
<p>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).<br>
1+ year of experience in a desktop support, helpdesk, or IT technician role.<br>
Strong knowledge of Windows OS, Office 365, and basic networking concepts.<br>
Familiarity with ticketing systems like ServiceNow, Zendesk, or JIRA.<br>
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.<br>
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.</p>
<h2 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>Preferred:</b></h2>
<p>Experience with macOS or Linux environments.<br>
IT certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator.<br>
Experience with Active Directory, Group Policy, and remote management tools (e.g., SCCM, Intune, or JAMF).</p><br>

<p>On-site support may be required.<br>
Occasional lifting of equipment (up to 25 lbs).<br>

<div>We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused Dispatch AV Technician to provide on-site and remote support for audio-visual and IT systems across multiple client locations. This role demands strong troubleshooting skills, hands-on technical expertise, and excellent communication with both technical teams and end users.<br>

<b>Key Responsibilities:</b><br>
<ul><li>Respond to dispatched service requests for AV setup, support, and troubleshooting.</li><li>Install, configure, test, and maintain AV equipment including:</li><li>Projectors</li><li>Video conferencing systems</li><li>Microphones</li><li>Speakers</li><li>Displays</li><li>Control systems (e.g., Crestron, Extron)</li><li>Diagnose and resolve AV-related issues both on-site and remotely, ensuring minimal service disruption.</li><li>Collaborate with client IT teams and third-party vendors to deliver seamless AV functionality.</li><li>Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on AV and IT hardware.</li><li>Respond promptly to service tickets and dispatch to client sites as needed.</li><li>Set up, configure, and maintain IT hardware including computers, servers, printers, routers, and switches.</li><li>Troubleshoot network connectivity issues (Wi-Fi, LAN, WAN).</li><li>Execute system upgrades and software installations.</li><li>Maintain detailed records of service activities, including diagnostics, solutions, and follow-ups.</li><li>Communicate technical issues and resolutions clearly to non-technical users.</li><li>Coordinate with remote support teams to ensure timely and efficient problem resolution.</li><li>Stay current with emerging technologies and industry best practices.</li></ul><br>

Technical Skills:</b><br>
<ul><li>Hands-on experience with AV equipment (Crestron, Extron, Cisco, Polycom, Logitech, etc.).</li><li>Familiarity with video conferencing platforms (Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Google Meet).</li><li>Understanding of AV signal flow, cabling standards, and integration best practices.</li><li>Basic network and systems troubleshooting (Windows, MacOS, Linux).</li><li>Ability to read and interpret AV schematics and wiring diagrams.</li><li>Experience in field support, helpdesk, or IT technician roles.</li><li>Proficiency in common IT tools and troubleshooting methodologies.</li></ul><br>
<b>
Qualifications:</b><br>
<ul><li>High school diploma or equivalent (Associate&rsquo;s degree or technical certifications in AV/IT preferred).</li><li>Minimum 2&ndash;3 years of experience in a similar AV or field technician role.</li><li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.</li><li>Valid driver&rsquo;s license with willingness to travel on short notice.</li></ul><br>

Other Requirements:</b><br>
<ul><li>Flexibility to work on-call hours, including early mornings, evenings, and occasional weekends.</li><li>Ability to lift and transport AV equipment.</li><li>Professional appearance and a strong customer service mindset.</li><li>Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.</li></ul></div>
