<div>The Pharmacist provides comprehensive pharmaceutical care in the community setting that assists patients to achieve optimum health.

The Pharmacist is responsible for the provision and management of effective pharmaceutical care to individuals and/or families in the community or in Patient Support Programs. The Pharmacist works in adherence to the Policies and Procedures set by Abwab Alkhair pharmacy and works in accordance with established standards of pharmaceutical practices according to UAE rules. 
Duties and Responsibilities (Working 6 Days per week) 
Service Responsibilities

Based on the agreed-upon services and workflow, the Pharmacist provides skilled pharmaceutical services in accordance. Duties include but are not limited to:
<ul>
<li>To achieve operational excellence, minimize product loss and ensure staff safety within the Company Distribution processes.</li>
<li>Responsible to ensure medications are stored in the correct manner.</li>
<li>Keeping track of all necessary licenses both personal and company and keeping them updated as per Governmental requirements</li>
<li>Serves patients by preparing medications, giving pharmacological information to multidisciplinary health care team, and monitoring patient drug therapies.</li>
<li>Prepares medications by reviewing and interpreting physician orders and detecting therapeutic incompatibilities.</li>
<li>Dispenses medications by compounding, packaging, and labeling pharmaceuticals.</li>
<li>Controls medications by monitoring drug therapies; advising interventions.</li>
<li>Completes pharmacy operational requirements by organizing and directing technicians&rsquo; workflow, verifying their preparation and labelling of pharmaceuticals, and verifying order entries, charges, and inspections.</li>
<li>Provides pharmacological information by answering questions and requests of health care professionals and counselling patients on drug therapies.</li>
<li>Develops staff&rsquo;s pharmacological knowledge by participating in programs and training pharmacy staff, students, interns, externs, residents, and health care professionals.</li>
<li>Complies with Local and international laws as regulated by the DHA and MOH</li>
<li>Maintains records for controlled substances and removes outdated and damaged drugs from the pharmacy inventory.</li>
<li>Supervises the work results of support personnel.</li>
<li>Maintains current registration, studies existing and new legislation anticipates legislation and advises management on needed actions.</li>
<li>Protects patients and technicians by adhering to infection-control protocols.</li>
<li>Maintains a safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.</li>
<li>Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.</li>
<li>Responsible for having correct brand category and product layout in place</li>
<li>Handling cash/credit/insurance sales and reconciliations on a daily basis</li>
<li>Maintaining Retail Operational Checklists</li>
<li>Following all purchasing, ordering, receiving, and transferring SOPs are followed within the pharmacy</li>
<li>Completing replenishment of inventory in a pharmacy</li>
<li>Minimizing expiry through effective management of stock purchasing</li>
<li>Managing and minimizing regulatory risk in terms of stock recording, and labeling UAE regulations</li></ul>

<li>Conducting administrative duties for the office</li></ul>

Educational Background and Experience
<ul>
<li>A BS Degree in Pharmaceuticals is required</li>
<li>At least 2 years of working experience in a pharmacy setting</li>
<li>Must provide evidence of DHA license or eligibility letter</li>
<li>Excellent command of Arabic and English</li>
<li>Demonstrate clinical pharmaceutical knowledge and experience in providing direct patient care</li></ul></div>

Pharmacist (Dubai)

<div>Position Purpose

The Home Health Nurse provides comprehensive nursing care in the community setting that assists patients to achieve optimum health and quality of life in situations of chronic disease. 


The Home Care Nurse is responsible for the provision and management of effective nursing care to individuals and/or families in the community or in Patient Support Programs. The Home Care Nurse works in adherence with the Policies and Procedures set by Axios International and works in accordance with established standards of nursing practices according to local and international rules and regulations. 
Duties and Responsibilities

Service Responsibilities

Based on the agreed upon services and workflow, the Home Health Nurse provides skilled nursing services in accordance with the orders of a physician and under a plan of care. Duties include but not limited to: 
<ul>
<li> 
Telephonic follow up consultation</li>
<li> 
Monitoring of vital signs during home care; blood pressure, heart rate, temperature and oximeter statistics</li>
<li> 
Monitoring of blood glucose levels, and providing teaching and support for patient and family</li>
<li> 
Preparing medications as per physician order</li>
<li> 
Administrating medications and instruction on Medication such as Injections, IV&rsquo;s, inhalation, oral, infusions and rectal</li>
<li> 
Pain Management Medication monitoring and support for patients with acute or chronic health conditions</li>
<li> 
Education and counselling, consistent with the type/nature of treatment and/or care management need</li>
<li> 
Wound assessment and dressing changes</li>
<li> 
Providing general nursing care</li>
<li> 
Knowledge about Advanced Foot Care will be added value but not a must</li>
<li> 
Monitoring pain control</li>
<li> 
Cardiac Assessments</li>
<li> 
Supervision/health teaching and support for family and caregivers on regular basis</li>
<li> 
Ability to assess mental status</li>
<li> 
Attending and completing Pharmacovigilance, Pharma and Product Training provided by the Client with a clear understanding of how to collect and report safety data.</li>

Reporting Adverse Events and follow the country rules and regulation regarding AE reporting procedure, and reporting any concerns /changes in patient health to the program and/or treating physician</li>
<li> 
Reporting any adverse events/product complaints as per client&rsquo;s requirements and/or Axios SOPPs</li>

Familiarity with nursing equipment (like ECG machine, spirometry and monitors) and ability to provide nursing assessments to patients</li></ul>

Job Circumstances

The position is based in our regional office and it does entail frequent travel to Clients and partners which may be outside your designated region.</li>

Flexibility in ability to travel as well as working hours is essential.</li>

Travel to UAE will be required for Training (if needed)</li>
<li> 
Must be certified in CPR and/or First Aid course certificate</li>
<li>
