Job Type: Full-Time, Hourly, Overtime Opportunities 
Pay Range: $17.00 - $25.00 per hour based upon experience
What You&rsquo;ll Do:<ul><li>
Load, Deliver &amp; Install Equipment: to a variety of customer sites for emergency or scheduled events, sometimes requiring long drives or overnight stays.</li><li>
Serve Customers: Be the face of Axis on the frontlines. You will be asked daily to provide professional, respectful service while performing work and/or solving on-site challenges.</li><li>
Work With Your Team: Track activity and progress by communicating job notes and updates with your team, keeping everything organized using company provided technology.</li><li>
Uphold Our Standard: Keep equipment clean, vehicles organized and adhere to our professional uniform standards while delivering industry-leading customer service.</li></ul>
What It Takes:<ul><li>
Driving Experience: 1 + years of commercial driving experience preferred; experience in box-trucks, and sprinter vans is a plus. A 5-year clean driving record is required.</li><li>
DOT Medical Card: The ability to obtain and maintain a DOT medical card.</li><li>
Physical Demands: You&rsquo;ll work indoors and outdoors, often in extreme heat or cold, handling physical tasks such as lifting, pushing, or pulling 25+ lbs., and must be comfortable working on ladders.</li><li>
Communication Skills: To be an effective communicator with strong problem-solving abilities and a professional demeanor.</li><li>
Technology Skills: Comfortable with mobile devices, tablets, and laptops; able to navigate apps, complete digital records, and communicate with customers.</li><li>
HVAC Experience: 1+ year of HVAC technician experience preferred</li><li>
A Desire to Grow: Strong desire to deepen your expertise in HVAC diagnostics, service, and responsibilities, taking on more complex challenges with each year of employment.</li></ul>
When &amp; Where You&rsquo;ll Work:<ul><li>
Weekly Schedule &amp; On-Call Requirements &ndash; You&rsquo;ll have a regular schedule, availability for rotating on-call shifts &mdash; including emergency client requests on nights, weekends, and holidays &mdash; will be required.</li><li>
Seasonal Demand: Expect more over-time opportunities during peak summer/winter seasons, and be ready for emergencies like wildfires, hurricanes, heat waves, and winter storms. This is when customers need us most, and the whole team jumps in to help.</li><li>
On the Road: You will be responsible for transporting equipment to customer sites &mdash; whether it&rsquo;s a quick local drop-off or a multi-hour trip. You could be driving solo or working alongside a teammate.</li><li>
Varied Work Environments: You&rsquo;ll work in places such as retail stores to more challenging environments like construction projects and manufacturing plants. Time unloading and installing equipment can take anywhere from a few minutes to a full day.</li><li>
Warehouse: When not on the road, you&rsquo;ll be unboxing, testing, preparing, and cleaning equipment so it and your team can always be ready for the next job.</li></ul>
