Job Summary of the Sales Representative

The Sales Representative will work with the Area Managers to achieve sales revenue targets and grow market share for a specified territory by promoting, selling and servicing Axogen's portfolio of nerve repair products. The Sales Rep will also practice good, ethical territory management in terms of organization, planning administration and expense planning and control. They need to increase sales and revenue by aggressively targeting and developing existing as well as new accounts. The Sales Rep will also train appropriate medical staff on Axogen products and procedures as well as meet expectations as defined by the Sales Management Team.

Job Responsibilities of the Sales Representative

The specific duties of the Sales Representative include but are not limited to:

<li>Develop and maintain accurate account and territory records</li>
<li>Effectively manage time to ensure maximum coverage of targeted accounts within territory in order to achieve optimum level of exposure and results</li>
<li>Develop and act on plans which identify growth opportunities within current and competitive customer accounts</li>
<li>Manage field inventory to optimally balance availability of product with inventory costs</li>
<li>Control and manage expenses in the most cost effective manner for the company</li>

Job Summary of the Sr. Finance Business Partner

The Sr. Finance Business Partner partners closely with FP&amp;A, BI, and sales leadership to deliver strategic financial insight, performance analytics, and actionable recommendations that inform brand strategy, campaign effectiveness, sales strategy and commercial planning.

Requirements of the Sr. Finance Business Partner
<ul>
<li>Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Analytics, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.</li>
<li>Minimum 5 years of experience in FP&amp;A, business analytics, strategic finance, or commercial finance, preferably supporting Commercial, Sales, or Marketing organizations.</li>
<li>Strong experience in sales performance analytics, including quota attainment and incentive compensation analysis, with advanced proficiency in Excel, financial modeling, and data visualization tools (Power BI strongly preferred).</li>
<li>Proven ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for senior stakeholders, supported by strong communication, executive presence, and stakeholder management skills.</li>

Responsibilities of the Sr. Finance Business Partner

The specific duties of the Sr. Finance Business Partner include but are not limited to:

<li>Partner with department leadership, FP&amp;A, and BI teams to develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and long‑range plans aligned with strategic objectives.</li>
<li>Deliver actionable insights through financial modeling, valuation analysis, ROI assessment, and performance dashboards.</li>
<li>Partner with FP&amp;A on monthly and quarterly business reviews and variance analyses, translating results into strategic recommendations for senior leadership.</li>
<li>Prepare and maintain executive‑level KPIs and performance metrics, ensuring alignment to business drivers and consistency across reporting.</li>

Requirements of the Multimedia Graphic Designer and Video Editor

<li>5+ years of professional experience in graphic design and video editing or related field preferably within healthcare, medical device, biotech, or similarly regulated industries.</li>
<li>Bachelor's degree in Graphic design, Multimedia Communications, Digital Media, or related field 
or equivalent professional experience.</li>
<li>Advanced proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Audition, Photoshop, and related production software.</li>
<li>Demonstrated portfolio showcasing both graphic design, video editing and motion graphic expertise.</li>

Graphic Design

<li>Support senior designers by assisting with layout, resizing, formatting, and adapting existing designs.</li>
<li>Prepare production‑ready files with proper specifications for print and digital.</li>
<li>Source, edit, and organize images, icons, and other design elements.</li>
<li>Help maintain Axogen' s visual identity by following established brand standards and using approved templates.</li>
<li>Participate in creative brainstorming and contribute visual ideas.</li>
<li>Create polished digital and print assets including social graphics, email banners, landing page visuals, sales collateral, infographics, presentations, event materials, and internal communication pieces.</li>

<li>Perform audio editing, mixing, add voiceovers, and music.</li>
