 We are seeking a
 
 Physical Therapy Assistant
 
 to join our team! As a Physical Therapy Assistant, you will be working closely with patients each day to assist them as they exercise or practice daily tasks, motivate and encourage them, and correct their posture or form as needed. You will also be recording accurate patient records, setting up all needed equipment and tools for each patient, and maintaining a clean, safe work environment. The ideal candidate works well both independently and within a team, can maintain a positive attitude to encourage patients in recovery, and has existing knowledge of physical therapy guidelines and recommendations.
 
 
 
 Responsibilities
 
 
 
 <ul>

 Assist patients as they exercise or practice daily functional tasks by correcting form, motivating them, and ensuring their safety
 </li>
 <li>
 Review and administer individualized treatment plans for each patient
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain accurate records for all patients, their treatment, and their progress
 </li>
 <li>
 Assist patients using support devices, such as a walker, cane, or wheelchair
 </li>
 <li>
 Mentor and encourage patients going through major life changes, providing positive support, encouragement, and simple advice for their daily lives
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain all equipment, ensuring a clean, safe work environment

 Qualifications
 
 
 
 <ul>

 Current state licensing for physical therapy assistance required
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

 Familiarity with Microsoft Office suite

 Job Summary
 
 
 
 We are seeking an experienced
 
 Nurse Practitioner
 
 to join our team! As a Nurse Practitioner, you will be managing a changing caseload of patients every day who suffer from a variety of illnesses and injuries. You will be assessing their needs, ordering or performing tests, interpreting results, and offering diagnoses, prescriptions, and referrals, as needed. In addition, you will be managing patient reporting and charting, and assisting other physicians as needed with difficult cases. The ideal candidate has experience working in a clinical office setting, can multitask efficiently, and has an excellent bedside manner.
 
 
 
 Responsibilities

 Offer medical advice and service to all clients in our office practice, including diagnosing issues and illnesses, prescribing appropriate medications, and offering referrals as needed to other specialists
 </li>
 <li>
 Order or perform tests as needed, and analyze results in a timely manner to offer diagnosis
 </li>
 <li>
 Manage a reasonable patient caseload while providing exceptional care
 </li>
 <li>
 Properly complete all appropriate paperwork for each patient seen and maintain accurate records
 </li>
 <li>
 Participate in ongoing training and support through conferences and events to continue to offer the best, up to date care for every patient
 </li>
 <li>
 Assist in reviewing additional patient charts as needed and offer medical assistance or advice
 
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 Qualifications

 All licensing and certification required to perform medicine within the state
 </li>
 <li>
 Graduation from an accredited Medical School
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong attention to detail
