 We are seeking R&amp;D Senior Chemist to join our team. The R&amp;D Senior Chemist will lead formulation development, optimize existing products, and drive innovation in skin care, cosmetics, and oral care. This role requires strong technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work cross-functionally to bring products from concept to commercialization.
 
 
 
 Responsibilites:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Formulation Development: Design, develop, and optimize innovative and stable formulations for skin care, cosmetics, and oral care products (e.g., creams, serums, shampoos, toothpaste, etc.).
 
 </li>
 <li>
 Technical Leadership: Provide expertise in raw material selection, stability testing, and scalability for manufacturing.
 
 </li>
 <li>
 Regulatory Compliance: Ensure formulations meet global regulatory standards (FDA, EU, ISO, COSMOS, etc.).
 
 </li>
 <li>
 Testing &amp; Validation: Conduct stability, compatibility, and performance testing to ensure product efficacy and safety.
 
 </li>
 <li>
 Process Improvement: Troubleshoot production issues and refine formulations for cost-efficiency without compromising quality.
 
 </li>
 <li>
 Documentation: Maintain detailed lab records, SOPs, and technical reports for internal and client review.
 
 </li>
 <li>
 Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with Marketing, QA/QC, and Production teams to align R&amp;D efforts with business goals.
 
 </li>
 <li>
 Guide junior chemists and lab technicians in best practices and innovation.
 
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 Requirements
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Strong expertise in cosmetic chemistry, emulsion systems, surfactants, and polymer science.
 
 </li>
 <li>
 Proficiency in formulating skin care (e.g., anti-aging, moisturizers), cosmetics (makeup, colorants), and/or oral care products.
 
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience with rheology modifiers, preservative systems, and active ingredients (e.g., peptides, retinoids, hyaluronic acid).
 
 </li>
 <li>
 Knowledge of GMP, ISO 22716, and regulatory guidelines for cosmetics/personal care.
 
 </li>
 <li>
 Familiarity with lab equipment (e.g., viscometers, pH meters, FTIR, HPLC).

 <li>
 Additional certifications (e.g., SCC Diploma, Regulatory Affairs) are a plus.
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 Preferred Experience:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 5+ years in R&amp;D formulation within skin care, cosmetics, or oral care.
 
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience in private label/OEM manufacturing is highly desirable.
 
 </li>
 <li>
 Proven track record of successful product launches.

 Requirements

 Maintain accurate records of newborn status and care provided.
 
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure a clean, safe, and nurturing environment.
 
 </li>
 <li>
 Collaborate with pediatricians and neonatologists in the care of high-risk infants.
 
 </li>
 <li>
 Perform triage to prioritize patients based on urgency.
 
 </li>
 <li>
 Provide first aid and emergency care (e.g., CPR, wound dressing, stabilizing fractures).
 
 </li>
 <li>
 Assist in procedures like suturing, catheterization, and IV insertion.
 
 </li>
 <li>
 Administer medications and monitor for reactions.
 
 </li>
 <li>
 Coordinate with physicians, paramedics, and other emergency personnel.
 
 </li>
 <li>
 Prepare patients for surgery or transfer to other units.
 
 </li>
 <li>
 Document assessments, interventions, and outcomes accurately.
 
 </li>
