We are seeking our new <b>Reporting &amp; Power BI Analyst &ndash; HR Function </b>to join the Axway team in Noida, India!</div><div><br>
The Reporting &amp; Power BI Analyst will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining HR dashboards and reports to provide actionable insights for decision-making. This role ensures data accuracy, supports HR analytics initiatives, and enables stakeholders to make informed workforce-related decisions.</div>
Responsibilities:
<ul><li><b>Data Analysis &amp; Reporting</b><ul><li>
Collect, clean, and validate HR data from multiple sources (HRIS, payroll, recruitment systems).</li><li>
Develop and maintain HR reports and dashboards using <b>Power BI</b> and other reporting tools.</li><li>
Ensure timely delivery of recurring and ad-hoc reports for HR leadership and business partners.</li></ul></li><li><b>
Power BI Development</b><ul><li>
Design interactive dashboards and visualizations to track key HR metrics (e.g., headcount, attrition, diversity, recruitment KPIs).</li><li>
Optimize data models for performance and scalability.</li><li>
Implement row-level security and governance standards for sensitive HR data.</li></ul></li><li><b>
Stakeholder Collaboration</b><ul><li>
Partner with HR teams to understand reporting needs and translate them into technical solutions.</li><li>
Provide training and support to HR users on Power BI dashboards and self-service reporting.</li></ul></li><li><b>
Data Governance &amp; Compliance</b><ul><li>
Maintain data integrity and confidentiality in compliance with GDPR and company policies.</li><li>
Document processes, data sources, and reporting standards.</li></ul></li><li><b>
Continuous Improvement</b><ul><li>
Identify opportunities to automate manual reporting processes.</li><li>
Stay updated on Power BI features and HR analytics best practices.</li></ul></li></ul>
Qualifications:
<ul><li><b>Technical Skills</b><ul><li>
Strong proficiency in <b>Power BI</b> (DAX, Power Query, data modeling).</li><li>
Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, Power Pivot).</li><li>
Experience with SQL for data extraction and transformation.</li></ul></li><li><b>
HR Knowledge</b><ul><li>
Understanding of HR processes and metrics (recruitment, turnover, diversity, compensation).</li></ul></li><li><b>
Analytical Skills</b><ul><li>
Ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.</li></ul></li><li><b>
Soft Skills</b><ul><li>
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.</li><li>
Attention to detail and problem-solving mindset.</li></ul></li></ul><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
Preferred Qualifications:</b></h3><ul><li>
Experience with HRIS systems (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors).</li><li>
Familiarity with data visualization best practices.</li><li>
Knowledge of data privacy regulations (GDPR).</li></ul><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
Key Metrics for Success:</b></h3><ul><li>
Accuracy and timeliness of HR reports.</li><li>
Adoption and usage of Power BI dashboards by HR stakeholders.</li><li>
