Compensation:
$90,000 - $150,000 yearly
Responsibilities:<ul><li>
Document and update the status of all case files in the case management system</li>
<li>Delegate tasks and manage a team of litigation paralegals, legal assistants, personal injury paralegals, case managers, and legal secretary</li>
<li>Review, modify, and draft motions, discovery responses, demand letters, pleadings, claims, subpoenas, memorandums, and other legal documents</li>
<li>Negotiate suitable agreements and settle on the clients&rsquo; behalf when appropriate</li>
<li>Evaluate potential personal injury claims and provide legal advice to prospective clients accordingly</li>
</ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>
State license to practice law and State Bar Association membership is mandatory</li>
<li>Superb drafting, research, negotiation, and communication skills are preferred</li>
<li>Proficiency in computers is vital</li>
