 s by reviewing the results of performance reviews, determined personal development plans, and year-round surveys and applications (e.g., leadership development surveys, potential identification)

 Based on this, plan annual training programs for the year with an optimum level of certainty and flexibility, ensuring training content is up-to-date and meets needs
 </li>
 <li>
 Keep Aygaz Training activity information updated in
 
 SA
 
 P, report it, and review and improve the training management system throughout the year
 </li>
 <li>
 Work in coordination with other group companies in the HR Training process
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure all process outputs are recorded in SAP and can be retrieved with necessary reports when needed
 </li>
 <li>
 Closely follow new methods and developments in the HR field, and conduct benchmarking studies with national/international organizations when necessary
 </li>
 <li>
 Implement and monitor the in-company application of the

 Managing the employee rewards process
