We are seeking a creative, strategic, and detail-oriented Social Media &amp; Graphic Designer with at least 5 years of professional experience to join our dynamic marketing team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will manage the company&rsquo;s social media presence, create engaging visual content, and execute digital campaigns that enhance brand visibility, engagement, and growth across multiple online platforms.Key Responsibilities: Social Media Management<ul><li>Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive social media strategies aligned with brand objectives.</li><li>Create and maintain content calendars across all relevant platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn etc.).</li><li>Plan, execute, and analyze paid and organic campaigns to increase followers, engagement, and conversions.</li><li>Monitor social media trends, tools, applications, and competitors to identify opportunities for innovation.</li><li>Engage with followers by responding to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely and brand-appropriate manner.</li><li>Prepare and present monthly analytics and performance reports to evaluate campaign effectiveness.</li></ul>Graphic Design &amp; Content Creation<ul><li>Design visually appealing graphics, layouts, and marketing materials for social media posts, stories, advertisements, and website content.</li><li>Create short-form and long-form video content (e.g., reels, motion graphics, animations) to support marketing campaigns.</li><li>Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to conceptualize and execute creative campaigns.</li><li>Ensure brand consistency across all digital touchpoints (colors, typography, tone, and style).</li><li>Adapt designs for multilingual or multicultural audiences when required (especially Arabic and English content in the UAE context).</li><li>Manage photography and videography shoots as needed, ensuring high-quality content production.</li></ul>Brand &amp; Marketing Support<ul><li>Support the development of digital marketing materials such as brochures, presentations, email templates, and web banners.</li><li>Work closely with cross-functional teams (marketing, sales, PR, and operations) to align creative output with business goals.</li><li>Maintain the company&rsquo;s brand guidelines and ensure compliance in all digital assets.</li><li>Assist with brand partnerships, influencer collaborations, and online campaigns to enhance reach and credibility.</li></ul>Qualifications &amp; Experience:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.</li><li>Minimum 5 years of professional experience in social media management and graphic design, preferably within the UAE or GCC region.</li><li>Proven track record of growing social media audiences and delivering successful digital campaigns.</li><li>Strong portfolio showcasing a range of creative projects (static and motion graphics). Technical Skills:</li><li>Design Tools: Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects) or equivalent tools (Canva, Figma, etc.)</li><li>Social Media Platforms: Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn.</li><li>Scheduling &amp; Analytics Tools: Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social, Google Analytics, etc.</li><li>Video Editing: Proficiency in creating and editing videos for social media campaigns.</li><li>Photography/Videography: Basic to intermediate knowledge is a plus.</li><li>SEO &amp; Paid Advertising: Familiarity with social media advertising platforms and best practices.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timeExperience:<ul><li>Graphic Design, Marketing, Communication: 5 years (Required)</li></ul>Location:<ul><li>Dubai (Required)</li></ul>
