We create impactful visual experiences that help brands connect directly with audiences.ROLE OVERVIEWWe are seeking a talented and creative Graphic Designer &amp; Video Editor who can create high-quality advertisements, Instagram reels, social media posts, and content videos for AYMRK Media&rsquo;s products and digital screens.You will work closely with the marketing, operations, and product teams to develop engaging visuals that strengthen brand identity and deliver impactful communication.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESGraphic Design<ul><li>Design creative ad banners, promotional posters, marketing creatives, and screen display ads for AYMRK products.</li><li>Create visually appealing social media posts, stories, thumbnails, and carousel creatives.</li><li>Develop consistent branding designs aligned with AYMRK&rsquo;s visual identity.</li><li>Design layouts for presentations, brochures, digital screens, and campaign creatives.</li></ul>Video Editing<ul><li>Edit Instagram reels, short-form videos, client ad videos, and product explainer videos.</li><li>Add captions, transitions, sound effects, and motion graphics as required.</li><li>Create ad-ready vertical videos for 24-inch screens, cab screens, and apartment screens.</li><li>Maintain high-quality and quick turnaround for all video content.</li></ul>Content Creation<ul><li>Work with the marketing team to ideate concepts for reels and ads.</li><li>Repurpose long-form content into short clips for social media.</li><li>Generate creative concepts aligned with brand tonality and current trends.</li></ul>Additional Responsibilities<ul><li>Maintain a strong understanding of trends on Instagram, YouTube, and digital advertising.</li><li>Manage project timelines and deliver high-quality outputs before deadlines.</li><li>Coordinate with the sales &amp; product teams for ad requirements of vendors and clients.</li><li>Ensure all creatives meet AYMRK screen resolutions and technical specifications.</li></ul>REQUIRED SKILLS &amp; QUALIFICATIONS<ul><li>Proven experience as a Graphic Designer and Video Editor (portfolio required).</li><li>Proficiency in tools like:</li><li>Adobe Photoshop</li><li>Adobe Illustrator</li><li>Adobe Premiere Pro</li><li>Adobe After Effects (added advantage)</li><li>Canva (basic)</li><li>Strong understanding of social media formats and design best practices.</li><li>Ability to work creatively and handle multiple projects simultaneously.</li><li>Good sense of aesthetics, colour theory, and typography.</li><li>Knowledge of motion graphics is a plus.</li><li>Ability to work independently and in a team environment.</li></ul>EDUCATION &amp; EXPERIENCE<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Design, Media, Animation, or related field (preferred but not mandatory).</li><li>Minimum 2&ndash; 5 years of experience in graphic designing and video editing.</li><li>Candidates with exceptional portfolios will also be considered.</li></ul>COMPENSATION<ul><li>Salary: Based on experience and skillset.</li><li>Additional benefits as per company policy.</li></ul>WHY JOIN AYMRK MEDIA?<ul><li>Opportunity to work on innovative media &amp; advertising products.</li><li>Creative freedom and growth-focused environment.</li><li>Work with a passionate team building next-generation advertising solutions.</li><li>Exposure to real-world brand marketing and ad creation.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;20,000.00 - &#8377;30,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
